I have been to the Cricket store in Palm Coast many times and I love their wireless services. I have to really praise the store manager Addly. The last 2 times I have been in and needed assistance he was there and he is amazing. He was so pleasant and helpful, took his time and made sure everything was all setup before I left. I highly recommend Cricket but I also recommend dealing with Addly, he was great.

Omg today I visited your store and was greeted by sales associate Anthony this young man was so helpful knowledgeable and fast the store was super busy and he was the only one working however every customer was handled respectfully and in a timely manner I couldn’t believe it and I will forever send my family and friends to this location I will never stop talking about how great this service was. Love my new phone and will be back for sure for my phone needs, thank you Ann brink

Shannon, the store assistant was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Strong customer support in savings for us as well. Both Shannon and Anthony were very pleasant, friendly and made the experience positive for all. I loved the ombiance and positive spirit of the store, we left happy and feeling good about our purchase. Great job guys, thank you again!

Worst experience in my entire life!They rejected to accept a return on the 6th day after the purchase. Spent 200$ and received a phone with the broken speaker.

They tell you one price but when you get your bill its much higher. Don't be fooled. Many other places to shop to get phone service. My friends said they had the same thing happen to them.

Disappointed in Store Management customer service. Rewriting review as I went in for a phone problem. Leslene always helped past 5 years. A woman,new manager does not offer hands on excellent customer service. Not helpful, and curt Just aloof. Highly considering dropping this carrier due to poor customer service. Leslene was the best.
