Rented a non climate control unit here from November 2020-March 2022. The last few months of my rental I noticed mice droppings. I had furniture in the unit which I had to throw away because they were drenched with mouse urine.

I had to leave a few boxes of household items in storage for a few months. It was a regular unit without climate control. I am impressed! My items stayed dry and no bugs. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone needing a clean, safe place for storage. Thank you for great service and easy gated access.

The site manager, Lisa, was incredibly helpful and supportive. She also cleans rental units better than some hotels I have stayed in!

Lisa Lord, by far the best storage facility manager I've encountered in thirty years, through three states. When I experienced water damage in my storage unit, Lisa helped with my move to a different unit, and with my insurance claim. Lisa was genuinely concerned and showed true empathy to the client. The on site manager is very pleasant and helpfulThe only thing I can think of to help you become awesome is service the roll up doors, so it is easier to use.
