Mary helped me not only secure a storage unit but then transfered me to the correct sized unit pre moving in. She ensured the new unit was swept clean and my welcome bag with new lock was in new unit immediately.
Mary and the on-site manager keep this easily accessible facility very well maintained and secure.

I rent multiple units in different locations and I have to say hands down the best experience renting from Cube Smart. From clean locations to the extremely friendly staff Cube Smart rises above the rest.

If I could I would rate this review absolutely no stars. How I was spoken to on the phone today was absolutely uncalled for. I felt threatened after the general manager Ben began to raise his voice at me over the phone. If it wasn’t for another associate from a different location, I would have washed my hands of this company from how I was treated by the manager at this location. I will be looking into moving units to the other location simply because I don’t wish to have to interact with this manager again. Not a good face for the company.

Good location, well mainted storage facility. Climate control could be improved. We had 2 storage units at this location. Many price increases within 1 year forced us find a new storage facility for the 1st unit and we made extra effort to get our stuff moved from the 2nd storage unit as quickly as possible. Nice staff on premises, but the price increases really are a turn-off.

Friendly staff. I had a covered parking pad for boat storage with an electrical hookup. Price just got to high and was no longer affordable or worth the cost. I went from $180 a month to $360 a month in less than 4 years.
