Incompetent and rude. Absolutely the worst pharmacy in America. Told to come back in 1 hour. Came back in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Told me to wait another 30 minutes. Mostly don’t care about customers as they depend on the large population here clammering for their meds. Time to use Amazon for everything. American customer service is dead.

I came to pick up my pills. They told me, Come back in 30 minutes. They will be ready. I came in 30 minutes and they told me, We are closed. Come back in 30 minutes. We have lunch. And no one is stopping them from serving another customer. I just needed to pick up my medication. It takes 30 seconds. Terrible attitude towards people. I will not come here again. I have a sharp, throbbing pain in my ear with a fever. Waiting another 30 minutes is not easy for me. I think pharmacists forget where they work. And you can’t treat patients like a ball.
In the end when i came to pick up the medicine they said that my insurance doesn't work for them why couldn't they tell me this earlier? The service here is terrible.

15 years at same pharmacy and service gets worse. So many screw ups with meds. No one takes accountability and blames Dr.'s for their screw ups. Store looks like outlet store carts of merch all over blocking aisles, no one putting it up. Long wait in store worse at drive thru. All that money spent on renovations should have been spent to improve service. DONE with CVS

I just wanted to say that this is the 24-hour pharmacy in Palm Coast at 5151 Belle terre Palm Coast parkway I'm going to tell you and they're busy and I know a lot of people complain about having to wait through the drive-thru in the pharmacy because you're going to wait a good 20 to 30 minutes to get up to the window or the counter but I just wanted to give a Shout Out , A medicine that I've been taking for over a year and I'm disabled the pharmacist come over to make sure that I had taken the medicine before Or Was aware About Effects/ Knowledge and Satora the customer Service / Cashier that was working was by far phenomenal she was very helpful she did the transaction is as fast as she could and she gave outstanding service so that 20 to 30 minute wait that I had to wait with these service that she gave me today made it all go away and worth the while I will always shop there because it did end of the day it's an amazing team there! !thank you

Zero stars. I have used both the Kings Road and Belle Terre stores and both are extremely poorly managed and customer service is non-existent. Staffing is inadequate, resulting in the pharmacists and techs being overworked and completely overwhelmed. 15 cars in the drive through and 20 people lined up at the counter, with 1 tech trying to cover the counter and the drive through. I've been trying to get my Rx filled for over two weeks, first on the app which is worthless, then by phone which didn't work either, and then after standing in line for 20 minutes with no one being serviced at the counter I finally gave up. Transferring my Rx to Publix.

They've just recently remodeled the pharmacy area. Unfortunately, the remodel hasn't expedited the speed of service. You will still have a wait, whether inside or drive through. There is also difficulty speaking with pharmacy staff by phone. Typically, you'll be bumped to voice-mail. I suspect most of the difficulty is due to the massive influx of residents over the last three years to Palm Coast has them overwhelmed.
