These are too close to Walgreens for me to consider frequenting. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time, and often screwed up. Had to wait nearly an hour after my appointment time to get my flu shot last year. I won't even waste any more time on this review...

A prescription was placed 10 days ago. Was told will be ready for pick up after 7:00 pm yesterday. Went after work today and was told No we don't have it yet, and didn't know when it would be in. This is the third time they have done this. The people working there are some of the most unfriendly, uncaring people I've ever experienced. It's like they enjoy being nasty to people and messing with their medications like it's a game. If you don't like helping people maybe this isn't the job for you, or do you enjoy playing games with people's lives.

CVS is horrible. They don't send a text when prescription is ready. Your on hold for minimum of 20 minutes or more. They can't even explain why I did not receive a text. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Tried to reach out to corporate and went through chat to see who I can speak to and they want you to pay?? That is ridiculous that I would have to pay to get an answer for their problem. Looks like I will have to go else where!!' They obviously don't give a crap! I didn't even want to give them any stars.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars, but I cannot...pharmacy personnel are so rude, and condescending...NEVER GO HERE!!!!...The negative reviews are accurate!

This review is for the Minute Clinic Covid Testing only (at One Old Kings Rd, Palm Coast, FL). The CVS itself is great. My husband, son and I required negative Covid test results as well as proof of vaccination to get on a cruise within 2 days of the cruise out of Miami. We drove from NY to FL for this trip. Since my family lives in Palm Coast (since the 90s) we were going to get tested there just before our trip. We scheduled the appointment and got notifications via text to our phone with reminders of the date/time. My fault, but I missed the video sent by text which I believe was sent just before our schedules times (10:05, 10;20 & 10:50 on 12/19/21). We arrived a bit confused as we normally get our covid tests at urgent care or our own doctor's office but have had 2 to 3 covid vaccine shots each at CVS where you just walk in and tell them you arrived for the appointment. In NY (Long Island) we have "always" had such kind and helpful medical care workers for our vaccines. We entered the CVS by seeing someone sign in on the kiosk behind the minute clinic desk that had no workers in sight so my husband started signing in. In the middle of filling it out, the gentleman doing the testing (and possibly other minute clinic medical services) in the room on the right asked what we were there for and he was kind and said not to worry about signing in and took my husband in and conducted the test (where you do it yourself, which we were not used to but gladly obliged). While my husband was walking out of the room, a woman in the left room exits and asks what we were there for. I explained "covid testing". She immediately started raising her voice showing absolute disgust saying " You needed to stay in your car and wait for a call !" I apologized nicely saying I didn't know that & she again was rude and said how it clearly stated that in the directions when you sign up for the testing. I then explained we didn't know and my husband chimed in and said that he just got tested & the gentleman didn't tell us either. She then gave the gentleman another look of disgust like she was pissed off at him for conducting the test without calling him first. She then says to the gentleman (about us), "They're saying that you don't need to get a call first before testing". I immediately explained "none of us said that, we merely said we didn't know" and explained we were all just tested and do not have covid but need it for a cruise. I have to say, everyone says how nice Floridians are...this woman was NASTY NASTY NASTY! she embarrassed us in front of the whole store like we were such idiots and that we acted like we didn't have to abide by the rules. She was so rude to the nice gentleman co-worker and is by far the rudest worker I've ever come in contact with. There was no need to be so rude and she obviously should not be in the medical field. This is my first negative review ever. You earned it rude lady. I hope she finds work elsewhere because it saddens me that she works in the same town as my loving sweet soft spoken parents. Honestly I've never been more angry and humiliated by her attitude in my life and I'm a New Yorker. Thank you to the gentleman who was kind and didn't give us a hard time about us accidentally not following directions. Wish I got the woman's name but she'll know who she is. Thank goodness we were negative and had a great cruise. I would have said something to her at the time but that's not me & we also needed this test done. Again, CVS itself is not the problem, that woman is. Proceed with caution or you'll be mocked in front of an audience too

Terrible customer service, so, so rude!! It took 20 minutes to get one simple question answered because I was on hold for19 minutes and had to explain my very simple question to every person who answered the phone because once I was put on hold someone new would pick up the phone and the process started over. The worst part was being interrupted MID WORD as the the person started asking me questions about first and last name and birthday, I was literally in the middle of a word when she started rattling off questions. Won't be using this pharmacy again!

Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes. Pharmacist said something garbled over the intercom and no more contact at all. Repeatedly pressed the "Call Button" after 5 minutes and still nothing. The counter served several customers and there was a lot of staff available. Sticking with Walgreen's and Publix.

If you want to get tested for COVID-19 DO NOT come to this location. Waited well over an hour to be told the system was down and nothing could be done for testing. Extremely inefficient!

I came to get my perscription and it was high. I asked to run good rx and jordan said we'd have to come back in 30 minutes. Then she did run it and said it was more. That was a lie, I used it the previous month. I called Walmart and without any insurance it was more than 50% less. Bye bye rude people at cvs!!!

Clark was kind and help a senior with a heavy load of soda to my car. CVS is the place where I can pick things up fast and they always have sale items

Today I encountered a negative pharmacy technician. Usually this location is friendly and helpful but not today. Instead of the usual "can do" attitude it was quite the opposite. When I asked if the other cvs location could fill it faster she said it would take her over hour and half to transfer. Never encountered waiting over 3 hours for a prescription.

I spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru lane at CVS today. There were only 3 cars in front of me when I arrived. When I reached the window I waited 10 minutes as there was only one woman working both the drive thru and front counter. There were two other people in the pharmacy who never lifted a finger to help this woman. It represents a complete disregard for customer service.

This pharmacy has the most rude staff!!! They are beyond lazy and unhelpful. Something as simple as trying to update my insurance information over the phone so someone else can pick up my prescription since I'm sick is a completely foreign concept for them! They also do not understand how to start working with 1 patient and finishing up with them. The pharmacy (Ramerez or Raymond I believe) needs to go back and take a customer service class. It will make for a much better customer / pharmacist experience.

Quick pharmacy and did some shopping. There was a lady at the checkout named MARCIE. Probably one of the nicest and most helpful people I ever met.
