Pharmacist incorrectly told my type-1 diabetic that her insurance which is United Healthcare did not work with CVS and she could not get her life saving insulin. The pharmacist did not take time to ask what her insurance was or double check anything.

I would give this location less than 1 star - they send you in circles and have you back over and over - putting you off instead of taking the time to help one customer at a time and actually helping them - instead they tell you to call back over and over. They actually told me to call back in as a hour and a half at 4:30 when they close at 6 that day - so call back when we are closed - I joked he said call back later when his shift was over - the joke was on me - everyone's shift was over. They couldn't bother to look and see what the status was on my scripts - I have never experienced such terrible customer service at any of the CVS locations I have been to. I can see why they have such terrible reviews - then they give you we are staffed low - another reason to finish helping each customer so you don't have to address the same customer four times. One at a time - people are patient but not when you continue to send them away with the wrong information. Just the worst location ever.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Either they are inefficient or understaffed! Choose a different location!

Felt very displeased especially a few months ago when I entered the store I was rudely told by an employee that I was not welcomed into the store because of my weight. the exchange ended with him telling my son that he was to fat for m&ms.

Prescriptions are never done on time and closing for lunch is absurd for those of us who work and have the same break time. I had two prescriptions that should have been ready. After waiting on line for nearly 15 minutes, and only was ready, the cashier sent me to the drop off line. After ten minutes and that line not moving I gave up, went home and called. They told me it would be ready the next day. I called the next day and was told it would not be ready until after 5pm. I can't drive in the dark so I had to wait until the following day. Definitely making a change.

This is the WORST Minute Clinic ever. I made an appointment yesterday for 10:30. I didn't realize I was supposed to receive a confirmation text (my bad, I saw the appointment on the website). I showed up for my appointment and the kiosk wouldn't let me check in without a confirmation code. It also said there were no walk-ins available for today. We waited for the nurse to come out of the treatment room that said "patient visit in progress" on the door to see if there might be an opening anyway. She was in there until after 11:00 when someone else checked in. She actually came out and had no patient in there with her. I could have been seen along with another person too if she wasn't so lazy. We heard her talking and figured it was with a patient but now I have to assume it was likely a personal phone call.

Everytime I have used CVS Palm Coast, they have been EXCELLENT! I do not know what the Palm Coasties whine about!

These are too close to Walgreens for me to consider frequenting. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time, and often screwed up. Had to wait nearly an hour after my appointment time to get my flu shot last year. I won't even waste any more time on this review...

A prescription was placed 10 days ago. Was told will be ready for pick up after 7:00 pm yesterday. Went after work today and was told No we don't have it yet, and didn't know when it would be in. This is the third time they have done this. The people working there are some of the most unfriendly, uncaring people I've ever experienced. It's like they enjoy being nasty to people and messing with their medications like it's a game. If you don't like helping people maybe this isn't the job for you, or do you enjoy playing games with people's lives.

Customer is just getting the id card ,and standing by the booth, when, oops 1:30pm and down comes the gate. They close for lunch, come back later. Customer service is really in the toilet here. No wonder they have a 2 star rating.

CVS is horrible. They don't send a text when prescription is ready. Your on hold for minimum of 20 minutes or more. They can't even explain why I did not receive a text. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Tried to reach out to corporate and went through chat to see who I can speak to and they want you to pay?? That is ridiculous that I would have to pay to get an answer for their problem. Looks like I will have to go else where!!' They obviously don't give a crap! I didn't even want to give them any stars.

Used this cvs for prescriptions when we got sick while traveling. The mediquick down the street was a huge pain in the bottom electronically sending over prescriptions but the staff here at the pharmacy was quick, helpful, and empathetic with us having a sick toddler. The pharmacist (she had a New England accent) was especially kind even though it was obvious she was busy. I appreciated her kindness in particular.

Terrible service at the Pharmacy. Lady at the counter was rude after they took a lunch break where they were " closed for lunch". NO SERVICE for their lunch break, and horrible customer service at this location. I pulled my meds from this location, and happily switched my Pharmacy to Walgreens. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY until their employees take a class on customer service care. I'd give them a zero, but one star is the least option. What a disappointment for CVS.

I have nothing but respect for the pharmacy personal. They'll always go above and beyond to help . Best CVS I've gone to.
