CVS and Walgreens are in a competition for worst pharmacy. I don't know who is winning but both places make me miserable when I have to pick up a prescription, better plan to b there a good long while and have no where else to be. If my insurance didn't require me to use CVS, I would never step foot into this store again.

It does not matter what time of day you come here, the line to wait to get your prescriptions is always long and you are waiting at least an hour if not more. Ridiculous…so if you are in pain or not feeling well don’t do it.

Waited 45 min. On Friday In line to pick up RX. I was told RX not ready, that I will be notified. It is now Monday evening and no call.

Find a different pharmacy. The staff here were horrible. It's a busy location so it makes sense that there would be some delays but I was treated really rudely and there's no excuse for that.
I just needed some prescriptions transferred from Walgreens. I called twice and left two voicemails but never heard back. So I went to the store and waited in line - when I got the the register to ask to have the prescriptions transferred the response was "This is a register - go to the dropoff window". So I go to the dropoff window and am told that they are backed up and I should just go to a different location.
Thanks for the terrible service and for wasting my time.

Absolute trash. Rude, unprofessional employees. Online order for pickup apparently doesn’t work so according to them I either have to go in or call to make sure they received my online refill. So what’s the point of online refill?

This Pharmacy is incompetent. Especially who ever is in charge of keeping common medication in stock. Relying upon them, is foolish. They dont care about peoples health, just their paychecks.

I’m a VA patient and this CVS can’t figure out how to bill the VA!
Multiple occasions I’ve had to pay cash for covered prescriptions until I found out I could drive a couple miles down the road and go to a different CVS where the pharmacy employees aren’t morons! Trust me, the world is a better place when I get my meds!

Tried repeatedly to get through the pharmacy automated phone system to speak with a pharmacist, but it would not recognize keyed or voice responses. I kept selecting connect with the pharmacy and nothing, then it would come in and prompt me to download the app. Called the store number and had the same experience. Really poor customer service. Don't use this pharmacy if you may actually ever need to speak with a pharmacist on the phone.

First told prescription not available until Friday , then told urgent & out said Today after 1 pm. Arrived at 2:30 and said had no orders for me. Then looked again to find yes there was an order they had just not bothered to fill. Rather than saying it’ll be a few minutes and correct the mistake they said would be a few hours! Was rude and uncaring. This is not the first poor service I’ve had here.

Very poor customer service when it comes to the pharmacy. I was inquiring about a medication (that apparently is on back order) and the pharmacist seemed to get irritated and hung up the phonecall on me after saying "there is nothing i can do for you, go to the ER". Sounds like someone is having a rough/stressful day and is taking her frustration out on customers. I am very disappointed with her unprofessional attitude.
Steer away from this location.
