Gary in the Pharmacy was a life saver - I had an emergency refill and was being sent in circles by the Old Kings location for two days - the team at Old Kings location was useless - Gary had me sorted out the first time I spoke with him and my prescriptions were filled within the hour. The Old Kings location gave me the run around, the maybe we can fill it today, call back in 1 1/2 hours - I call back - we close in 2 min, call in the morning, I spoke with them four or five times, getting the wrong or different information each time - Gary handled it immediately - GIVE GARY A RAISE - GARY DESERVES A RAISE.

Pharmacist with strong accent was very unaware and uncompassionate. Had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to fill a prescription with nobody else waiting. You are better off at Publix, Walgreens, anywhere else.

By far and away the worst Pharmacy I've ever been in. Dirty, no adult manger anywhere. A total disgrace and another example of the consumer getting screwed so avoid this place and find another pharmacy.

Kyra in the pharmacy was super helpful! Right after lunch the pharmacy line for drop off and pick up was busy. Kyra remained professional, positive, and friendly as she assessed each customers needs and expedited solutions.Personally I had dropped off my Rx and told it would be ready within an hour. When I came back it was not ready but was given an update of 15 mins. I did some shopping while I waited. I came back to the pick up line and Kyra noticed me out of the crown and politely asked the customer if she could wait on me real quick since I had been waiting. The customer in front of me agreed and quicky Kyra grabbed my Rx and I was on my way. Great job to Kyra greeting and acknowledge all the customers, kudos on her ability to access the situation and prioritize the workflow, and quickly finding solutions to help everyone within a timely manner. She did all this while keeping composure of professionalism and kindness. Give this girl a raise!

pharmacist is about as rude as they come. Do not go here. the pharmacist should lose her job for being so rude to patients/customers during prescription refills.

I would like to know how the pharmacy employees can ALL go to break at the same time and shut down their services for lunch? Why would you as employees alternate break times so as to better serve your customers? Am I missing something here? poor customer service.

Pharmacy is ultimately unhelpful. They maybe be nice in most cases, that's why any stars, but either they can't or won't put effort into finding out anything more than telling you sorry, call insurance. 8m have had this insurance, scripts go through no problem $20. Last month, $200. -Why?-They don't know. They put it through the same way. Call my company.- I don't understand if everything is the same.-They don't know, sorry, next!Insurance company says CVS is wrong, they call, fix it somehow, put me in conference call w all. -What happened? Will it happen again? Any info?- sorry we put it in wrong. Click!Now this month.. same thing. Although very nice this man, he could not give me any info or look into it.-Sorry, call insurance company.. I am completely finished with CVS.

First, let me say this is only pertaining to the pharmacy and the pharmacist.I live in a different state I came to visit here because this is where I used to live. I went to CVS pharmacy today, September 1, 2023 to pick up prescriptions just enough to get me home. My stay was a little longer than anticipated, because I just got out of the hospital while I was here with congestive heart failure I explained this to the pharmacy, they kept making me come back hours upon hours. Meanwhile, I’m do my medication that I need to survive the man at the window as extremely rude he kept telling me to come back then I asked him if I could speak to the pharmacist he told me no she’s busy, I then Asked him again because I needed to speak to her or him. He told me that he was going to go back and talk to her. He came back and told me the pharmacist refused to give me had enough of my heart medicine and blood pressure medicine to get me home That either I took the whole thing or nothing and I would have to pay cash because they didn’t accept my out-of-state insurance. I explain to them I’m on a fixed income. I cannot afford that and he snickered and said then come back in a couple hours with your insurance card well at this point , I asked to speak to the pharmacist again and she flat out refused to talk to me or to give me enough medication to get me home safely. There was no narcotics. It was strictly my heart medication and my blood pressure medication. Her name is Amanda. That’s the pharmacist who is cruel and cold and calloused . I hope she finds another job that does not require her to take care of people. I drove down a few miles to another CVS where they were more than happy to help me and could not believe that I was rejected this medication. Please be aware of 5151 Bell Terre, CVS pharmacist.

I love going to CVS , they have very good deals and prices. And their app is great to use for shopping and saving money.

There aren't many 24/7 stores around, but this CVS is the place to go if you need something NOW and it's the middle of the night. The self-checkout is not the best, but the employees are helpful.
