I had a tractor tire that would not hold air. I took the tire to Discount Tire and Richard checked the tire, said it was a bead leak and that it could be fixed easily. The tire was ready before the specified time and when I got there, he did not charge me for the service. Will absolutely go back when I need tires. That sort of kindness in today's economy is appreciated so very much!

My husband and I were driving in from out of town when my tire pressure light came on. We called discount tire and they were able to see us even though they had 10 minutes until closing. They were all so kind and so helpful and quick so we could get back on our way!

Don’t come here to get your tires checked. They’ll just stare at you. Doesn’t take long to check tires and fill up with air.

I needed a flat repaired. I showed up without an appointment. They got me right in & had my tire repaired & remounted W/I 30 mins. They didn't try to upsell or pressure me into any unwanted products or services. Braydon & James were knowledgeable, insightful & very pleasant to work with. Did I mention that there was no cost? Tire repairs are a free service offered to the public. I did however, tip the mechanic, as always! I will definitely be purchasing my next set of tires from this establishment. Thank you. ?

Came in a 2/9 said my rim was bent and needed 2 new tires so replaced all 4 rims and purchased 2 new tires as recommended. Went for an oil change last week the dealership said my tires are bad and I had a nail in tire came back up here today they said the other two which weren’t originally replaced needed to be replaced and they couldn’t find a nail, well thank God the dealership did a video which I showed them so they could find the tire. They are saying the original tires purchased here is in good shape but honestly can’t trust that as maybe they don’t want to replace them under warranty Originally spent $ 1,200 today out $235 since they didn’t know it was a nail not sure if original tires need to be replaced also. Just bad business Update 9/2024 Brought rims here my car is in another shop the new shop can’t find my wheel lock key which means Tires Plus did not put it back where it would normally be has not been a great experience should have purchased elsewhere
