Very unhappy with this place. I’ve been calling and calling for a week straight to order some customized arrangements for a birthday party. The phone goes straight to voicemail even during the open hours listed on their website. Leaving messages does no good because nobody returns your calls.

First time ever trying this company out the pictures online make it seem way more special skimped me on the grapes/strawberries paid $96 after tax for 26 strawberries and about 15 grapes the MOM out of pineapple about the only thing good waste of money and I asked where the peach sprinkles are and said ran out but everyone they sold had none this time of year would think to be stocked on this extremely disgusted with the presentation with what’s shown online compared to completed product.i said something to whoever was running register about it not looking like the picture online and got an attitude said well do you want it or not I want what the picture shows and when paying $100 for this should be top notch not just thrown in there. Very disappointing won’t be back.

Absolutely outrageous! It’s beyond belief that Edible Arrangements restricts its menu to only Valentine’s Day items during such a key time. I attempted to order a birthday arrangement, and all I got were excuses about their Valentine’s exclusivity. It’s completely unacceptable and profoundly short-sighted to ignore other special occasions. If you need a thoughtful gift for anything other than Valentine’s Day around this time, don’t waste your call on this place. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!

I am a virtual customer from NC and I ordered an Edible Arrangement fruit bouquet from your store (online) to be delivered to my grandparents who live in Palm Beach.
They were DELIGHTED and SO VERY HAPPY with the surprise fruit delivery! Couldn’t believe the same day delivery was processed and delivered within 3 hours of me having placed the order. AMAZING SERVICE!
THANK YOU. I am SO grateful you helped me to put a smile on their faces. They told me the fruit was absolutely DELICIOUS and “couldn’t stop picking at it”!

What is this.. literally looks my 2 year old did this. We pay this premium price for beautiful strawberries to be delivered.. I will not be spending another time here.

Excellent! I think the young man’s name was Kyle. I was in a huge hurry. It was 4 PM. I wanted to order and pick up an arrangement for a neighbor and friend who had lost his wife an year ago today. However, I had to take it to his house, and head back out to a 5 PM appointment. Kyle made a couple of practical suggestions for the order since it was for one person, and said I could come down right away and he’d have it close to ready when I got there. It turned out perfectly! I had also ordered one of the little cheesecakes (Kyle’s suggestion) and didn’t know that that was his favorite! The neighbor’s daughter had also stopped by about the same time. Had she not been there, he might not have answered the door. God worked it all out! Lord, I’m sooo thankful!

I had back surgery last week, and it’s been difficult recovering. I was so happy to get a call from Mike, telling me he would be arriving in 5 minutes with a gift. Thanks for the yummy chocolate dipped fruit tray delivery!

Could not have had a better experience!! Serena was wonderful and assisted me with placing my order and answering my questions. So glad I chose to call instead of placing an order online.
