SCAMMERS! I was given a different price online, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they tried to charge me double the price… then gave me a “discount” which was more than the online price. When my husband dropped the van off, they tried to charge him double!! If he wouldn’t have called me to clarify they would have charged us $300 more! Please be aware of this location!

First time rental experience with Enterprise and with this location. Overall, extremely satisfied with overall rental car process and rated it a positive experience. Rental car was clean, fueled up and available at time of designated pickup. Facility was clean and ample parking and pickup and return went without any hitches. Special shout out to team members Ben and Alex for the professional, courteous customer service they displayed at all levels of this rental car transaction. Would highly recommend Enterprise Rent A car and this location.

Arrived for my reservation, was helped immediately and received a brand new car. Was offered a discount on an upgrade at a great rate, but it wasn't necessary. The return was equally easy.

I rented a car 2 weeks ago, and I just wanted to take a moment to praise Alex and all of the guys that work in the Palm Coast branch!(They are so friendly.... and they all wished me a happy birthday!I can't recall all of their names... but if you are all reading this,hi guys, its me!!! LOL)...name tags would help! :)The entire process was easy and smooth and the weekly price was reasonable...Alex brought out an awesome Jeep that I looooved driving...it was clean and they even provide a Clorox sanitizer wipe (which was nice but I didn't need it... because I came prepared with my own lavender sanitizer wipes from Whole Foods, lol)I have to rent another car next month and will definitely be back again!I highly recommend the Palm Coast Enterprise location for your car rental needs!

I have been using Enterprise Rent A Car for 10+ years and I have always had a good experience. This trip Ben from the Palm Coast store set me up for my vehicle and checked me in when I got back. It was such a smooth experience I will never use a different company.

It is only after calling this Enterprise office twice and visiting once with no response that I am writing this review. I am an RN and have a senior advocate/advisor business in Palm Coast. A senior couple I assist had their car hit recently in their apartment parking lot. The lady that hit my clients’ car came forward, so her insurance was to cover all expenses. We were told by her insurance (Geico) where to take the car for repair and that Enterprise would deliver a rental to the collision center. I was present with my clients at the collision center to assist them with the rental car. My clients are 89 and 91, respectively. I had previously told the insurance company that my clients wanted the smallest and least “fancy” car due to my clients’ age and concerns with a car with high tech features. I confirmed this with the gentleman with Enterprise as well (Benjamin Moreli) on the phone who delivered the car to my clients. When the car was delivered Benjamin asked if we wanted to fill the car with gas on return or let Enterprise gas it up. I asked Benjamin what the cost would be. I wanted to make it easy for my elderly clients. Benjamin said “it’s only $3.24 per gallon if Enterprise puts gas in the car. No other charges were mentioned. I didn’t think that was a bad deal, plus it would be ideal for my elderly clients. My clients had the rental car approximately 2 weeks. We returned the car to the collision center as instructed. I took pics of the car and odometer. My clients used the car once to go to the grocery store 2 miles away. I can validate the odometer reading with my photos.A few weeks later, my clients received numerous charges on the credit card (they were required to provide). I contacted the Palm Coast Enterprise office and was told the extra charges were due to an upgraded vehicle. I was stunned. First of all, we specifically requested the smallest and simplest car they had available. We never asked for an upgrade. If an upgrade was all they had, we still should not have been charged for it. In addition, we were charged over $50 for gas when the odometer reading clearly shows they only drove a few miles in those two weeks. They rarely drove due to their age. I questioned that as well. I spoke with the manager, Justin, on the phone and then decided to go to the office since it was close by and spoke to him personally. He said he would see what he could do about the charges and call me back. I have yet to hear anything about what is being done to help this elderly couple. I feel, due to their age, they were taken advantage of and subsequently charged over $200 in frivolous charges on their credit card. I also spoke with a young lady in the office (cannot recall her name), and she told me she would contact me as well, and I never heard back from her either. My clients were told by the insurance company that since they were at “no fault”, they would have no out-of-pocket expenses. As a side note, I was told by a customer at the collision center who previously dealt with Enterprise to take the car back to Enterprise personally instead of letting them do the “courtesy pick up” of the car. I asked him why. He said because this particular Enterprise will add charges without your knowledge. Now I wish I would’ve listened to this man and delivered the car back to the rental car place myself and made sure billing was correct and legitimate.I hope this is not customary practice for Enterprise, since this area is predominantly senior citizens. What are you going to do about this Enterprise?

I can only say good things about Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My car was in for repairs and my stress was relived somewhat by Enterprise picking me up and providing the best customer service and a clean efficient car during this time. Enterprise is my 1st choice for car rental. Thanks again
