We have been renting for over a year, it’s so clean and nice. The staff are very nice and so helpful, the spaces are so big and clean, not like any other storage place it’s the best highly recommend. Bart was incredibly nice and he remembers us you can tell he takes pride in his job and his customers. Thank you

Great support from Bart and team moving into the unit! They took the time to personally walk me through how everything works. The unit and all of the hallways were very clean and there were carts easily accessible to get moved in.

I spoke to the Sales Associate Bart on the phone he was very professional and helpful. I couldn’t make the appointment time but he waited for me, gave me all the details and showed me around. The office as well as the storage space was very clean and smelt clean. I am going to rent another unit because of Bart. I will recommend Extra storage to all my friends

Bart was incredibly helpful, making sure we were settled in and going above and beyond to get our account straightened out when I accidentally rented from the wrong location. Moving is stressful enough—and relocating to an entirely new state is even harder. Bart and his team put us at ease and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

I went online yesterday and rented out a storage unit at the Commerce location in Palm Coast, Florida; it was a considerably easy process. This morning I went down to collect the lock and keys and to introduce myself to the staff, which is when I met Bart. He was very informative and just a genuinely kind man. He made the process very simple and enjoyable and made me feel completely at home, like an old friend.
The unit is very clean as is the entire facility, with easily accessible bathrooms as well as ample L carts for moving heavy and awkward furniture and such. There is recreational/boat trailer parking out back as well and two entrances inside the facility, not including the entrance through the main store.
Bart was kind enough to show me how the door and lock work on my unit and my security code for after hours. My entire experience from start to finish was a great one and I would highly recommend this company to everyone I meet along the way in search of a storage facility.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the service was exemplary, so I decided to let you know. First timer renting storage. Bart was exceptional. He understood what I needed, and walked me thru the process. He answered every question and gave me a thorough tour of facilities available. My situation was unique, needing an RV spot, prior to actually owning one. The spot was exactly as described . Very happy with the service…Bart made it painless and stress free…my thanks to Bart at Extra Space Storage…5 stars for sure…would definitely recommend!!!

This week we just rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage and BART BARRY was so kind, professional and friendly, by showing us all the options that we had before we selected the unit. He showed us the unit and during our moving Bart stopped by to offer his assistance if it was needed. He is just an amazing human being. He keeps this facility impeccable clean, and it is very important for us. We had the opportunity to meet Efrain and Paul too, and they also have a superb customer service skills.
We are very appreciative to people like them.

Every interaction I had with the staff at Extra Space was exceptional from start to finish. They helped me through a very difficult time, where I was settling my brother's affairs while living in a different state. They were courteous, kind, generous, they went above and beyond. Bart Barry especially was wonderful to work with, but so were the staff I met in person there. I could not ask for better service, I felt so taken care of, and cared about. Thanks you, to everyone at Extra Space.

BART was absolutely awesome and even helped us on his birthday! In general the whole team from both our storage units were great, as they were super responsive, kind and supportive during and post hurricane! The units were safe and great and the service is excellent.
