Walgreens asks customers to drop off their FedEx returns but won't give receipts for verification. Most companies demand the receipts if the product doesn't end up returning to the manufacturer. Walgreens, you leave your customers without this protection, which is their right... Why won't you provide receipts? You leave the customer without the proof they need! No other drop off service does that to their customers. UPS and everybody else provides receipts. If you won't do likewise, then customers should not shop with you either (which is why you allow the drop offs to begin with - to get us in your store...) For safety in returns, customers should will stop trusting Walgreens with FedEx returns until they show they care about their customers.

We've had nothing but EXCELLENT service from our Amazon guys! I can't say enough good about them...They make sure our packages are safe, & always put them in a very convenient spot.. They're courteous & professional!

It is advertised on the website and you are referred here by nearby locations as them having FedEx staff. You literally just hand your package across the photo kiosk and they put it in a bin for the mail guy here. They do not offer receipts and they do not scan QR codes and nothing is tracked. Package must be fully assembled and taped up prior to arrival.

Worst customer service, once you make a call to the landline, which is not helpful and doesn’t connect to an operator to receive help.Disgusted and won’t be using them anytime soon for business.
