Manager walked in on me using the restroom. I locked the door and I'm pretty sure he unlocked it with a key. He knocked for a millisecond then unlocked the door. I don't think I can shop here anymore.

I was going to leave 5 stars, because every time I go in, everyone has been so kind and helpful. However, this time I noticed that the survey on the debit card reader had been completed by the cashier, not myself. I just wanted to make sure your customer service rating are accurate, and I don't believe they are because it seemed so natural to cashier to rate themselves before allowing us to swipe.I will update my review when I notice this has stopped.

Love! Love! Love! Majority everything is $5 or less and there is a lot of things to choose from. My girls get the play nails for kids. I get inspirational writing journals, weights, yoga mats, cups, and makeup items. Also if we go to the beach we get toys and beach stuff as well. I love this place.

Took my Autistic Grandson to Five Below in Palm Coast Today to pick out a few little gifts for Valentines Day. When we were done shopping and headed up to the registers to check out, I seen that they were all ' self check out' and the only register that wasn't had a young female employee next to it with a cart full of empty boxes. I asked her if she would check out my items and she gave me the dirtiest look, rolled her eyes and proceeded to check out my $65.00 worth of items. I was in disbelief of her demeanor so I said " Don't give me an attitude". She replied " I ain't giving you no attitude" and proceeded to angrily check out my items. She then just abruptly walked away with the same nasty demeanor. I don't know who is the manager of this store but, I can tell you if this is acceptable customer service at this location then perhaps I should be writing to corporate. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect from a store employee who is only there to do their job. I have been in sales and customer service my entire adult life and if I ever treated a customer like this I would have been fired on the spot. Do Better in the hiring process Five Below! It's not that hard to be kind and respectful to people. Whatever her problem was, I hope her life gets better.

I love 5 below and so do my kids. I do call it 5 above because most items start at dollars and increases from there. Overall it's a good atmosphere and happy employees

This 5 Below is disgusting!!! The workers are awful. The manager is worse. No kind of customer service came in Christmas Eve did a little last-minute shopping. Ask a simple question. Worker was very annoyed. Look like she was mad. She was working at the store, but annoyed that I asked her question when I asked her, who the manager was the manager was actually standing right there, so the behavior of the worker, and did nothing no apology to me not asking me what happened just stood there allowed the employee to be nasty and rude and disgusting run from this five below. Doesn’t matter where you work what company it is you should be exhibiting what the standards of accompany wants you to be and I’m sure when she filled out the job application it did not say be rude and nasty .
