June 2025 by Good Morning
The prices are getting to be rediculios
Shoes that look like paper thin not leather 9.99 and up all the free stuff they get and not paying the help a decent wage. Greed

I find the best blazers and jackets here for less than $8. They are perfect for work.

Everything especially the clothes are way too expensive! You can nearly get them new for the same price you can buy them here. The other thing is the store is the most aggravating to look for clothes because everything is sorted by color Instead of size. So you literally have to look through every single rack and every single piece of clothing to try to find something in your size. Who on earth would come up with a concept like that? It makes no sense and it’s so aggravating that I’ve just given up and don’t go here anymore. I know others have also stated how frustrating it is to try to find something in your size because it takes hours looking through all of the clothes and have decided not to come to this location anymore either.

I'm far from a thrift store expert, so maybe it's normal. My expectation was they get clothes donated free of charge to resell for a couple of bucks to pay staff and the light bill. It's a nonprofit right? Anyway, I determined I needed a couple of very large tshirts and didn't want to spend much on something I'd likely end up throwing away later. So, I stopped here thinking ' two tshirts, five or six bucks maybe, easy easy.'
Negative on that, ghost rider. First off, I'm looking for 4-5X. Most stores line clothes up by type and size. I think here it's by color, style, type. So, I look through the red tshirts, dress shirts, casual shirts, athletic shirts and then the blue, then the green, the blue, etc. Finally, after a half hour of digging, I get two really worn out, next stop shop rag, tshirts and head to check out. $7 a piece?! Hell, I should went to wally world and saved a half hour.

I love this goodwill location! The staff is so friendly! I find lots of fun things every time I go! Evelyn and Toni are very sweet and helpful all the time. They always take great care in wrapping things for me so that they are protected. In fact, every staff member I have ever dealt with has been pleasant! I have NEVER had a bad experience in this goodwill. I look forward to visiting this location again!!

Hello I was in the store today and I just wanted to comment on how clean the facility is and how sweet the two employees that I spoke with were. The gentleman was working very fast putting glass products on the shelves, and he was very nice and smiled when I said hello. I mentioned to him how good it is to see someone working hard at their job and enjoying themselves. The young lady at the register was the sweetest she could be and we chatted for just a moment. How nice to shop in a store with such nice people.

The Goodwill in Palm Beach is one of the best. I always find what I'm looking for there.
