I have had many issues at this particular pharmacy. When I order my medication , it gets sent there and the tech tell me I have to wait days later. The blonde tech is rude and looks like she is on drugs. 'Grace' and her husband who works at Ardent, are definitely doing shady business with Ardent Family Care.Keep an eye on this store. It has been stuggling for YEARS. I'm sure there's no coincidence for this.

Thanks to our local CVS pharmacy for helping us fix the screw up at Grace pharmacy that left us with filled out vaccine cards but no vaccine. The tech filled out our cards before the pharmacist decided to decline our insurance for no good reason. The CVS folks were mystified because our insurance is good at all of our local pharmacies, or should be. I usually like to give my business to local shops but in this case I won’t be going back to Grace pharmacy again.

I thought I had found a gold mine with Grace. The owner Grace was super nice, helped me with a Covid booster and redid my Covid card. My husband and I went in late August before we flew to Ecuador for two PCR tests. We paid $80 each and asked for a rush. Not only did we never see the results, when I called and asked for the results or a refund they never called me back. Very disappointing. We completely wasted our money.

Do not use this company. I’ve never done business with them but someone got my insurance info from a database and submitted three fraudulent claims to my insurance for covid testing and billed $2000 per test. SCAM!

I go to Grace Pharmacy weekly to be tested. I never have to pay out of pocket. They do charge my insurance but isn't that how all medical testing is done. I keep going back because the site workers are pleasant and friendly. If you haven't been tested by them you should.

From what I’ve heard from fellow friends, this place is a SCAM. They visit the University of Central Florida’s campus every week and provide free Covid tests in exchange for a $10 gift card. However, upon providing your insurance card, they don’t tell you if your insurance covers it or not, and if it’s not covered, they charge you $2000 PER test. Thousands of college students are being scammed a week and some may not even know it. This company is a scam and is committing fraud and I hope something is done.

Everything mentioned in the college campus reviews about this company is consistent with what I've seen from them. I interviewed with them about a month ago under the impression they were legitimate testing company. Before the "interview" they request you do a COVID test and ask you to provide your insurance card. After interview, I got the same statement from my insurance that others have mentioned. They tried to bill for $2000 for one test. More about this "company" below...They are known under the names Benet Healthcare Solutions, Benet Healthcare Consulting, Grace Community Pharmacy, Grace Rx, Grace Pharmacy Solutions, or Grace Pharmacy in the Central Florida area. They recruit "office staff" and "health advocates" on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and a bunch of smaller job websites. I thought I would be helping at an actual testing site, but the Health Advocate jobs just consist of randomly going out in public and trying to convince random people to take COVID tests. Some "health advocates" don't go anywhere to do testing, the interviewer told me that some people just test their own household. She claimed that insurance companies will pay for people to be tested twice per week, so some people just test their own household twice a week for money. (This is when it became obvious that the company was really shady.)The way this company makes money is by collecting people's health insurance information (if they don't pay out of pocket) and charging the insurance company around $700 - $2000 per COVID test. Most insurance companies aren't going to cover that, so then this slimy company will try to stick you with the bill. DO NOT APPLY TO ANY JOB THAT SOUNDS LIKE THIS. DO NOT GO TO AN INTERVIEW AT 989 W KENNEDY BLVD IN ORLANDO. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GET TESTING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. REPORT THIS COMPANY.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is SCAMMING people. There were grace pharmacy workers at the university of central Florida marketing a free covid test for a 10 dollar gift card. Well my insurance company just billed me 2,000 dollars for a “free” covid test that they gave me to do myself. They are soliciting on campus and I’m pretty sure they’ve already been banned from USF because of that. They are practically stealing so stay far far away from them.

Paid $40 for COVID PCR test to be sent by UPS to their lab and was told results would be back in 48 hours. It is now 106 hours - still waiting and now procedure for my husband at hospital has to be cancelled?. We should be reimbursed our $40 which clearly did not expedite the test. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver. And they never called us back.

Amazing experience. Covid testing before our cruise was seamless, billed insurance, fast and friendly.
