“We ordered my son’s school uniforms very last minute (as in four/five days before the school year started), and they completed both of my orders within a day or two!

Knocked off one star only because the lady who helped me, when picking up the first part of my order, gave me the wrong size shirt at first (gave me a youth medium instead of adult medium). This was no big deal, as she did a swap as soon as I let her know it was the incorrect size. However, disappointed to find out the second order (that she confirmed was not complete or printed on the shirts yet) could not be modified in any way. When I looked at their XL shirts, I realized I had ordered a size WAY TOO LARGE for myself and had inquired if I could downsize to a large or medium instead of an XL. She said because of the closeout sale that the order could not be modified, and seemed a little irritated that I asked. When checking their website again, those sizes were still available for those shirts. A little disappointing, but considering I made the order, and therefore the error, I couldn’t be too upset. Still, it would’ve been nice if she would’ve checked their stock or with another employee instead of shooting my inquiry down immediately.

Other than that, the shirts were all EXCELLENT QUALITY & prepared in a timely manner!”
