Top notch customer service. Willing to help when I couldn't find my membership number. Charge me regular price, but told me that once I found my number to come back and they would adjust the price, which They did. Breakfast was awesome. Thank you for your great service!

In all this place the same as all Hampton nice staff but we got a room 320 with old dirty and moldy AC with strong stinky smell

Our hotel room was absolutely disgusting and not suitable for a guest stay. The tiled floor areas were slimy, the carpeted floors were very dirty feeling, there was a prior guest's leftover McDonalds in the refrigerator, a prior guest's bath towel hanging on the bathroom door, hair on the wall of the shower, shower water pressure was very low and only lukewarm, there was blood smeared on the door frame to the bathroom (I wish I was making this up!!), blood on the extra blanket for the pull-out bed, no sheets provided for the pull-out bed, the phone did not work and there was a huge cluster of power cords hanging under both the bedside table and the A/C unit (which was especially concerning as we were traveling with young children). We contacted the front desk to report all of these issues and the manager on duty was very apologetic and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have another room of the same size available to accommodate us (party of 5) so we had to have the porter come clean ours while we sat in the room. While the manager was kind and quickly responsive to the issues, he offered no compensation for the disgusting state of our room or to comp the stay. I will be contacting Hilton directly to get my money back and would absolutely never stay at this Hampton Inn location again.

This place is a joke I paid 129 bucks for one night it was hard to find and the toilet seat almost broke it smelled and no hot water pressure and the bed was stiff AF the exercise room was a joke not even a scale in it and the breakfast made me want to dry

The rooms are tired and need updating. The housekeeping was lacking. Shower had random hair left. Definitely not the cleanest. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent!! So kind. I’m glad it was only 1 night. I will not be back.

Nice hotel in Palm Coast. Staff was accommodating and attentive to everyone's needs. Was a part of a big party staying there for a wedding. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff that took care of that kept everything clean, hot and replenished.

If I could go lower than 1 star - I would. Location was nice though as it was just off the highway and the reason I booked with this location. Cannot state anything on Service so going with a middle mark as I was not asked how my stay was when I was checking out.This place was disgusting. The room smelled of mold and mildew and as you can see from the pictures - the likely source is / was the mold and mildew! The light switch had rust on the surface and the fire detector looks like it has been there for some while (See PIC). The breakfast buffet was an experience with several patrons walking around barefoot in the food area (nasty!). One would have hoped that Hampton employees would mention to put some shoes on but that is not obviously happening. This was and is the worst place I have ever stayed. I was out the door as soon as I woke up.

My sister in-law go myself and the children a room for the night. The carpet was wet, and the room was smelling like mold. We changed rooms and got one that was much better.Nearby activities: It's located near a lot of different food shops. The pool is also very nice.Food & drinks: Located next to a restaurant, supermarket, gas stations, burger king, and a couple of other places.

One would have hoped that Hampton employee(s) would mention to the barefoot posse to put some shoes on. This was and is the nastiest place I have ever stayed. I was out the door as soon as I woke up.

Amazing and welcoming facility. The staff is very friendly and good to pets. My dog is blind and soon to be 17. When my battery shorted out in my Infinity QX60, a defect in a battery less than 2 years old, the staff was very willing to do anything to make me smile while waiting for roadside assistance. Amazing and wonderful. Less than 10 miles to Flagler Beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Palm Coast from Thursday to Sunday while attending a military support retreat with GratitudeAmerica.org. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the hotel's prime location, just a short drive from the beautiful Flagler Beach. The amenities, including the outdoor pool, free daily hot breakfast, and complimentary WiFi, added to the overall comfort of my stay.The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered all the modern conveniences one could ask for. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our group had a memorable experience.I highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Coast to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I do not recommend staying here. It's nice on the outside but very old and dated on the inside. Went to my room only to discover no working lamps or phone. Went to take a shower only to discover it was dirty and didn't have any towels or washcloths. Went downstairs to get towels and washcloths I was given dirty towels. I'm definitely not staying here again
