I went the store in Palm coast, FL. I was having doubt about which fridge filer I should buy. It took me awhile there. Frank came to ask me if I need help. He was very quick to find out which one I need and which one can be substituted to save money too. With his guidance I was able to select one and save my time. Frank made my day easier 🙏😊

DeAnne and Bill from the plumbing dept went above and beyond to assist me and help me get the products I needed. They even helped me secure my cart so the products didn't get damaged. Nice job! Thank you for all your help!

Had to visit the store to buy several items, I asked one of their team for directions to a certain product, not only did they take me there, but they also gave expert advice and made sure I had exactly what I needed to get the job done. The level of service and attention to customers from Alison was above and beyond, she is a credit to your store and a fantastic example of what customer service should look like. Thanks so much!!!

It took three trips to this home depot to buy an electrical panel. The first time the registers were down. The second time there was no one around to open the locked cabinet. You don't seem to understand how your poor service is beginning to financially impact our company. It's just bad business doing business with you. No More.

I found the river rock and as there were no employees around, i managed to pick up 2 very heavy bags of rocks and put them into my cart. I paid and asked the male cashier if he could ask someone to come and help me put them in my car. No one ever showed up. I am an 80 year old female and this customer service stunk. I had to do it myself again.

The garden center needs a lot of attention. No one is ever available to help with heavy items. Its a crap shoot if you ask for help according to their own cashiers

I have never been treated in a store as poorly as I was tonight at this Home Depot. Earlier in the day, I purchased 17 bags of landscaping rock from the Daytona store. I was 6 bags short to finish a project for my parents. Since Palm Coast is closer to them, and the website showed them having 64 bags in stock, I jumped in my truck so I could finish it. Review the cameras and you will see me rushing around the garden center looking for a flat cart and the rocks for at least ten minutes. Finally an associate came out to tell me that the registers were closing in five minutes. When I didn't receive much help from that gentleman to find the rock, I walked to the front of the store and explained my situation to Angie, who said she was a manager. She also said the registers were closing and didn't even attempt to help me. I couldn't believe the poor customer service I received. I will shop at Lowe's from now on. Angie, if you are truly a manager, you need to take some classes on professionalism. You were very disrespectful.

The women all of them at the check out were not busy but didn’t look to wait on people. My moms eyesight is bad an I bought quite a bit of stuff to much rudeness from those women cashiers. Will be calling corporate to put in a complaint .. This was 2 trips we made in the past week. If I was the manager they all would be put on notice. The men who helped us load our purchases an helped in the store were great. This was Palm Coast Florida.

Extremely disappointed in a large cabinet install purchase that has proven to be an unending nightmare that began in November of 2023 and is still incomplete with faulty merchandise and merchandise that has been paid for and not received. I highly recommend if you are thinking of utilizing Home Depot Palm Coast for your cabinet purchase and install you DON’T. I have documented countless fruitless interactions with Home Depot employees, customer service reps and subcontractors who were sent to repair, replace or provided missing merchandise with no avail. I would greatly appreciate the general manager of this location reaching out to me via phone or providing their working hours when they are in the store so I can bring my documents and have a conversation about this mess of a purchase. I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for 35 years and am devasted in what should have been a beautiful result that remains incomplete and in dispute.
