Jackson Hewitt doesn’t care for long term loyal customers, all they care is to get new clients. Yesterday Jackson Hewitt sent me a text that I can have a taxes completed for no more than $149 and this offer is till April 7 . They sent me the offer and didn’t honor it . They charged me over $300 , they explanation was that this doesn’t apply to me its just for new customers. I believe that if they sent me the offer they should have honored it . Very disappointed, not cool
