Very disappointed. Got mislead and lied to concerning financing options. No one at store (including manager Julia), corporate offices, or bank will resolve issue. They have lost a customer forever. BEWARE!!!

Great service. They really helped me pair up my jewelry. They are absolutely so professional and incredibly knowledgeable about diamonds. I highly recommend going! They really helped me fix up my old jewelry and pair it with new jewelry to make my collection perfect! The staff is great and they go above and beyond. Yulia is amazing!

Thank you for the perseverance of store manager Julia and salesman Eric B. to get to the bottom of a misrepresented sales transaction and trade in from an out of state Kay Jewelery Store!! Your kindness and professionalism got the job accomplished PROPERLY and to my total satisfaction. I will come see you for future milestone jewelery purchases.

In 2022 I purchased a lifetime watch battery replacement plan. Today I came into store to get a battery replaced and it seems as though they no longer want to provide that service because the person helping could not get the back of my watch off with the tool she had. Prior to that I waited to be found in computer and initially could not be found, but after starting to get a little put out, she came up with my account. But then I was told they are no longer allowed to open watches and do that, then she wanted to send my watch off for 3-4 weeks to have it done at corporate. Finally after asking her to try again and failing I had to leave. I ended up going to another jewelry store where in five minutes had the battery replaced at a cost that I should not had to pay. Frustrated.

I stopped in Kays the other day to purchase a gift for my Niece’s birthday. While I was waiting, the salesperson asked me if I wanted to do a "complimentary jewelry cleaning" on the pair of diamond earrings I was wearing which I had bought from them several years ago. They offered to clean my diamond wedding band as well, which I had purchased elsewhere many years ago. Before putting my jewelry into their cleaning device, they proceeded to tell me that the diamonds in my earrings were secure, but the diamonds in my wedding band were loose and about to fall out! They showed me what looked to be loose diamonds on a computer program and I was shocked. They told me that they could repair my ring for a hefty charge. I recently had this ring sized by my local jeweler, at which time he routinely checked the diamond setting and told me everything was fine. I went back to my local jeweler, who I have used and trusted for many years, and told him what had happened. He told me that Kays is notorious for these "complimentary jewelry cleaning" scams, where they pretend to offer free cleaning but instead find a way to disparage your jewelry and then charge for a repair. He also said due to the channel setting of my ring, it's possible to probe a diamond in just the right spot, under a microscope and get it to move, as they're laying right against each other. Lastly, my jeweler also said that the diamond studs I bought from Kays for my Niece were overpriced and almost triple of what was available in his store. No wonder Kays is constantly having 50% off sales. Kicking myself for going to Kays and will never go back.

I can’t speak for the rest of the employees, but a young man named Eric has been my go to for watches and all my other purchases. He is knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond.
