My cousin recommended the spot and I am so grateful to her for sharing it! The check-in process was seamless. I was seated at my appointment time and taken care of immediately. Andy was very professional, he took his time taking care of me. Pleased with the service. The ambiance was great, relaxing. My foot massage was top tier and the prices very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I went in last Saturday to get my acrylics done. A new fresh set with tips. The first person who started my nails after a 45 minute wait to even be seen, didn’t even wash his hands before touching my hands (he had previously touched someone else’s feet). The acrylic was thick, patchy and broken. Within a week, one of my nails popped off. When I left the store, underneath my nails had thick acrylic filling in them and hurt really bad. My cuticles were left undone and the prep before getting my nails done wasn't even done at all. Two people attempted to do my nails while I was there and neither of them were focused on my nails. It was very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed with the work provided. I won’t be back here again.

Been here for a few pedicures always left happy, now I got my nails done here as well and am extremely pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend for nails and feet!

Lina, the technician was very friendly and efficient. She made me feel comfortable and the time was well utilized. I loved the personal touch of making a heart on my wedding ring finger.

Under new management. Not the Orchid that it used to be. All new people and no conversations which made it feel like a morgue. One of the pleasures of going for a pedi is adult conversation, laughter, and to have an uplifting environment. My nail tech did a good job but looked like she did not enjoy working there. Now the search to find my former friendly nail peeps.

Sorry, I should have taken a picture but was on vacation and just was busy and forgot. The pedicure was good. polish is still doing well. As for the manicure not so well, polish was coming off before I even got off the plane, and after looking at my hands closely, the job just wasn't very good at all. Blotchy spots, missed spots, some areas completely missed when it came to being close to the edge where your skin meets the nail.
