“I received two bills from farmers insurance, I paid them together and mailed them in. Farmers applied one part of the payment to my auto insurance and refunded the rest to me. In the meantime I received a second bill for my homeowners insurance which I had already paid. So I called Mr. Zeefe’s office and spoke with Bree. She did some research, called me back, had the check canceled and applied it to my homeowners as it should have been. She is fabulous, she is awesome and she deserves a raise.”
