Great service for organizing all my construction related jobs and purchases. Can put together quotes and send them to customers. Has a perk benefit system now that they've revamped and seems to be better. Since there's really only a couple places to get building materials, this being one of those few, your options are limited but for those few options, this is a decent place to go for such items.

Purchased granite countertops from Lowe's. Payed for the best and got the worst. Granite full of imperfections including chips and deformities. Sadly to say no one at Lowe's cares enough to investigate or respond to this. Will never use them again for anything.

This is the second time this has happened. I ordered something this local store didn't have in stock. The order was placed to have this shipped from the warehouse to the Palm Coast store for me to pickup. For the next month I see "delayed, but will still be shipped." After a month I call and they say the order was unilaterally cancelled, even though they still sell the item, with the same item number, but at a higher price. I asked for a manager to call and explain this, but now a week later and no one called me back. This is unacceptable and I guess I go back to HD.

I ordered a new front door in October. The front door had marks and was damaged. The installation job was awful. The door doesn't properly open and is ruining our hardwood floors. After HOURS of being on the phone and months later the new door was "scheduled" for reinstall May 12th. I called to verify someone would be coming. My husband and I took off work. No one showed up. No one called. And the managers at both the call center and at the store are treating us like we are being unreasonable. Still no solution.

My husband and I went to the Palm Coast Lowes instead of the one in Palaka Fl. We went to buy a 11 ft. Patio umbrella. Did not see anybody in the area, so went to customer service to see if they could get someone to help us. Nobody came. We asked some of the employees if they could help. Not their department. Finally Sa Quin walked by and said he could help. It wasn't his department but he helped alot. The manager of that dept. wouldn't even help. Wayne. Sa Quin even helped us put it in our suv. We would have left if it wasn't for Sa Quin. That was the worst manager attitide we have ever seen. We were talking on the way home and wondering why we didn't go to Palaka. The only good thing about Palm Coast Lowes is Sa Quin.

absolutely the worst customer service going. They're people are nice people and when you're there if you get to speak to someone, they're very kind however, trying to get in touch with someone on the phone to reschedule. A delivery is pathetic. Tried four days in a row and I let the phone rang for 20 times and then they usually hang up saying that if I really want to change things I should go to the store which is a real inconvenience.

I love Lowe's but today very poor experience with return desk lady named Trina not very helpful or friendly she admitted they got the prices labeled wrong on an item but she wouldn't offer to fix the price or anything at all just handed me the receipt and that was it 2 stars I love Lowe's and 99% of staff is very friendly.

Good luck with this place. Asked for help in Patio Furniture, No one around. Not a single soul at the three customer service stations. Asked first non-busy customer service rep for help. This guy paged and 10 min later, no show. Went home, Called. 4 separate calls and after every automated answer, no one in service answered. Tried to call manager. Same thing. Ring and Ring and then disconnect. No Manager answered. In short, No one in this store gives a hoot about Customers. Really poor retail service. Go to HD.

We are a local plumbing contractor. I came to Lowe's today to purchase two biscuit colored toilets. All the ones on the floor are gone I could not get anyone to help me get Toilets down after asking for help. I stood around for 15 minutes and no one came. I called the front desk and let it ring for 5 to 7 minutes and no one answered .I don't actually have enough stock on the floor . Very poor customer service at the store yet there were multiple employees perhaps six or seven walking around appearing not to be doing anything.Need more BISCUIT toilets down from overhead!!!!!

This is my worst experience at lowes or Home Depot...I have been a fan of lowes for years, this store in palm coast is the worst big box store I have ever visited!The kids that work here are the most unprofessional and rude employees I have ever seen.I will never return to palm coast lowes.

Clean up the trash in you're parking lot. It's your responsibility to clean up your parking lot!! Remove for sale signs! Stop the profiting and put money back into you're community by cleaning up your mess!!

Purchased washing machine at Lowes on 3/22 . Unfortunately I was asked what time I would like delivery and was given a few time frames. I chose 8-Noon on 3/25. Found out today from Paul, Lowes Dept. Manager, I should never have been asked. Was also told by a Appliance sales person today that the delivery service is a 3rd party and Lowes has no control. Paul again said this information is incorrect. Sounds like the Appliance Dept. needs a training refresher. I received an email confirmation of this delivery date and time. However when Noon passed, I called Lowes Appliances and was told truck was probably delayed by the 3rd person I communicated with in Appliances. He obviously was wrong too. I called Jacksonville to the dept that handles routing and delivery. I was told that I was 15th on the list and my washer would not be delivered until late in the day. Meanwhile, I got the runaround from a lot of people I spoke to on the phone in Lowes and in the Jacksonville dept. 2 disconnects, 2 sales people who gave me incorrect information, 1 person told me just to re-schedule. The only person I spoke with during my many phone calls today who has any initiative is Carlos in Jacksonville. He said he would escalate my issue. I can't believe I am the only person this has happened to. Not quite sure why Lowes cannot follow a schedule that has been communicated to the customer. Nor am I happy with the attitude I received when I called to find out who at Lowes knows what they are doing!
