Really liked that the associate at the self check-out made sure I was okay with my purchase and checked on me to ensure I got help if I would've needed it. Very sweet lady.

I definitely enjoy the service at Lowe's over Home Depot. They basically carry very much the same things. I wish they had a different assortment of items such as kitchen and bath cabinet draw knobs and pulls. I found different varieties(glass) at Hobby Lobby and Walmart so a little disappointing to have to go elsewhere for more variety.

Valspar paint no longer matches the colors on samples or paints that you have bought in the past due to having less colorant variety than before. If you like a valspar color or need to match the color you bought at Lowe's last year or before take the card to your local home Depot for a color match, as Lowe's is unable to color match properly as well.

I used curbside pickup and it saved me some time on a busy errand day. Thanks Becky for the assist! Today I picked up bolts to fix toilet seat. In and out. Easy peasy.

Abysmal customer service. We bought a ride on mower. It was first delivered with no key or manual. They sent a second mower. That one had a dead battery and the deliver guy was in such a hurry that he left the dead mower on a metal skid in the middle of my driveway. When I went to the store to talk to the manager, he said they couldn't come get it for a week and would not give me a refund until they got it back. The 1800 customer service was the same thing. Why would I deal with a company that does not stand behind the products it sells or do whatever they can to rectify their own screw ups? Go anywhere else.
PS: the next day (1/29) the reply below came in. No, it is not helpful because you are sending me to the help area of the website, not an actual person which is the only way anything will change. Don't pretend to be sorry and want to help without reaching out to me personally and giving me something better than a boiler plate help page.

Bought three appliances, on delivery day only one showed up. Was told by corporate that we took two of the appliances with us, that wasn’t true. Then told by AGM of store that the sales rep screwed up, I find it hard to believe as guy was on top of his game on everything. Then rescheduled twice for delivery on their end. Promised on third try by corporate that it would be delivered in the morning, that didn’t happen. Now they’ve delivered and left the old washer and dryer up stairs with the new ones in the hallway cause we didn’t pay to hook them up… We were told they would remove the old appliances and leave them in the driveway, never told that they’d have to be disconnected first. Absolute garbage experience from the top of the chain with Lowe’s. Highly recommend you do not use their delivery for anything
