Your salesman, Jay, was so kind and helpful. He explained the various mattresses and helped me decide which would be best for me. I chose the one I wanted and said I would be back the next day to firm up my purchase, but the next day I was sick and couldn’t come. I came the day after that and Jay was right there helping me again. I am very satisfied with Mattress Firm, and especially Jay!

My husband and I bought a mattress two years ago from Mattress Firm. The manager gave us a great deal and it was delivered very quickly, which is so unusual now. Because of the great service, when we needed a daybed we knew where to go. Again, we were treated so well. We got a great deal and Jay, the assistant manager, was so helpful. We appreciate this store so much. We can’t say enough.

I truly enjoyed shopping at Mattress Firm. Jay, our salesperson, was excellent. He was patient, thoughtful, and informative. He answered all of my, and my wife's, questions without hesitation. If you want a quality bed, and quality service, I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

Warranty. Company was actually lightning quick with response. Recommend doing the warranty pictures yourself, instructions easy to follow. Getting my new mattress tomorrow. 3 days total after visiting local MattressFirm. Salesman was honorable.

My husband and I went to mattress firm in Palm Coast on July 4. We were looking for a mattress for our guest bedroom. We were greeted by Nick who is extremely friendly and very informative. He helped us find just the right mattress. We also met Jason who is also very knowledgeable. We purchased a mattress on July 4 and it was delivered within the window they gave me on July 5. The service in both purchasing and delivering our mattress was flawless. We will definitely share this experience with our family and friends. Thank you Nick and Jason. You make a great team. The man who delivered our mattress were friendly and did a great job in setting up the mattress. We definitely recommend mattress firm in Palm Coast.
