“I ordered a new washing machine and pedestal from John’s Appliance and bedding. I was told that there would be a wait period of 2 to 3 weeks and that they would call me as soon as it came in. I did receive the phone call within the time promised. I they accommodated me on my days off in a timely manner to install. The installers actually arrived at my house earlier than promised, they unloaded and put together the machine out on the road. when they brought it in the house, it took just a few minutes to hook it up. I checked outside after they left and they had cleaned the road very well. I could find no debris left from where they had unpacked my order which involved two boxes! I was very happy with the service and the prices from John’s Appliance and bedding and will definitely continue to do business with this company.”

“I happened into this place by way of my google maps! And what a find! Lilly was awesome! She was patient and very helpful. Not pushy but very willing to help in anyway. I actually ended up furnishing almost my entire house with them! I just had finished building a home and was just looking but needed up getting all this wonderful furniture! And they delivered everything so fast! Had it all delivered and assembled within 3 days! Ernesto was great on delivery and putting stuff together. So was his partner whose name escapes me, but they were awesome! I would highly recommend this place. Now when I go in they treat me like family???”

“Awesome customer service! I purchased a dining set 2yrs ago. Last week during a dinner party, one of the legs of a chair snapped. Upon inspection you could see where the leg had previously been damaged and someone had “tried” to repair it.
I took the broken chair back to Furniture to Go hoping to see if they could help me replace the chair. They came through like rockstars!
Lilly asked me to leave the chair there and she’d work on a solution. Lo and behold about an hour later I get a phone call that the leg on my chair had been completely replaced and ready for pickup. The person that assembles the furniture had 2 spare legs in inventory and replaced the broken one. On top of that! They didn’t charge me anything!
I highly recommended Furniture to Go before but this elevates them to a higher level. Beautiful furniture, awesome customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.”
