“Carolynn and her staff are the absolute best. Attentive and caring, they make a potentially stressful process almost enjoyable. I have been a client of this lab since 2020 and refuse to go anywhere else to have my bloodwork done. I don't know anything about the less than stellar reviews, I have always been treated with kindness and with the utmost of respect. My daughter visited the lab several months ago and was experiencing some anxiety over having her blood drawn. Carolynn, unsolicited, observed my daughters apprehension, went to her and held her hand and spoke with her during the blood draw. Kindness, thats what this world needs more of and they delivered. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day, I just don't see it happening here with these people. Have an awesome day, John”
