Customer broke phone and couldn’t get ahold of metro and these lazy employees refused to help.

I have been with Metro for many years. On October 27 I came in the store and traded my old phone in and got the new REVVL 7 phone. Everything was great and the lady who help me was very nice. However after a few days I had tried to watch a show on Netflix and it was very laggy. To the point it was unwatchable. Took my phone back up there to have them figure it out. The same lady who had helped us out before was there and I explained my issue. After looking at my phone she did agree that it was very laggy. She checked a few things and compared it to her expense phone. Looked at it maybe a whole 10 minutes and then said there was nothing she could do about it and that Netflix runs different on all phones and told me to have a nice day. I'm sorry but a brand new phone that was only 6 days old should work properly and not be laggy. So I decided to go to the Metro in Bunnell. The guy there was very polite, listened and agreed it was very laggy. So he got to work trying to figure it out. After trying a few different things and it still not working he told me he would not stop until he fixed it. He then decided to restart the whole phone and that's what got it working properly. All in all it took 30 minutes probably. But I'm so glad he actually took the time to help me and not just tell me there's nothing they can do like the other store had done.So I will only be going to the Bunnell location from here on out.

I bought a Moto g phone from Metro in April 2024 and have had nothing but problems!! The service in Palm Coast, FL is terrible and when I called to negotiate a solution I was told that they couldn't do anything that I would have to take the phone back to the store in which it was purchased, citrus county. What difference does it make? Metro is Metro! I would advise anyone looking for a phone and good service NOT use the metro service.

Riko is amazing after having an issue at the MetroPCS store in Port Orange. Riko was able to fix the issue with my phone with polite manners and a genuine care to his customers. He was the only one there and with 3 customers in the store he gave us all the equal amount of attention. Thank you Riko.

Rico made our switch to metro a breeze. He was professional and patient with a difficult switch bc of my old carrier. Rico was Incredibly personable and a pleasure to work with. Would have switched sooner had we known how easy he made it for us. Thanks Rico the boss

This is my second time going to this establishment and to get disappointed. I feel these 2 young in there has a skim going... I went there yesterday to pay for my service and to purchase a phone to add to my account. Not only they over charged me and the services for my wifi, 2 cellphones still got cut off. When I called metro the automated machine tells me I still owe 12.00 and something cents. This is the second time that this has happend. I want the corporate number.
