I was hesitant to visit this clinic due to the reviews, but since many reviews listed the “kiosk” as their main concern I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! I was called back for my appointment early and was greeted by a pleasant and professional nurse who took my information and vitals. The practitioner I saw was absolutely phenomenal, she took her time with me and explained things very well, she even took the time to show me items in the store that could help my symptoms. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. And for the record, I never had to use a kiosk, I was able to check in completely from my phone.

Absolutely will never go back again! I have never been treated so terrible. The nurse was so rude and unprofessional. She interrupted me telling my history with this illness, told me to only tell my symptoms today! Left the room after slamming her pen down, to speak with nurse practitioner. Then, she returned, left the door wide open, made me do my own swabs and I had to ask what they were for. She left door open while testing and reviewing medication list, when I asked to close the door for privacy, I was told to go to waiting area. Totally violating HIPPA!

The most rude and unprofessional people I have ever run into in health care.Kathleen, was by far the worse, and Lindsay not any better. When we arrived the sign in system was very slow to inoperable and took many minutes to get through the system then it froze up at the end. I had to start over and that time the system didn’t even recognize my appointment.Kathleen and Lindsay came out of an appointment room 7-10 minutes after the patients left, then Kathleen looked at us like we were not supposed to be there and /snottishly asked if she could help us. After we told her we had issues with the login system , and that it took several minutes to log in, they told us we would have to reschedule. Even though there was no one else in the clinic.CVS I recommend you get out of the healthcare treatment business if these people are the best you can find.

3 stars because I went in on Tuesday for a sinus infection that was KILLER. I get one every year but this one was the worst one I have had by far. The doctor I saw was super nice and she listened to what I had to say and she looked in my ears and everything but she said she couldn’t give me anything and I had to let it run its course. Normally, that is exactly what I do but I explained this one was different and I really needed something for relief. None the less I left there with nothing. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I woke up around 5:30am with the most insane ear pain I have ever felt in my life. My head was throbbing, a loud ringing sound was happening and even my eyes hurt to blink. I had to go to an urgent care the second they opened where the doctor said I in fact should have been given antibiotics to kill the infection.I was really upset that I wasn’t given them in the first place nor how did a doctor not notice all the fluid in my ear to see that it could cause an infection? I’m no do for so I don’t know how of that works but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this minute clinic any time soon.I will say that within the hour of taking the first antibiotic my ear pain subsided and now three days later I feel sooooooo much better. Who would have known?? Hope this helps someone in some way.

So you make an appt, then they send all the "pre check in" stuff. So you fill that all out and you still have to use their idiotic kiosk that works about 20% of the time. In spite of all that, they take 10 minutes to process your appt once you're in the room, and about 20 seconds to actually inject the vaccine. Kinda nuts.Kiosk didn't work, so I knock on the door and the gal looks at me like a deer in headlights, and doesn't say a word so I told her i have a 3 o'clock appt and the kiosk didn't work. She tells me I didn't spell my name correctly. That's when we decided Walgreen or Walmart will be our new destination for all immunizations. That kiosk is asinine, and I cannot say much for the help either.

Wow! I will no longer be going to urgent care. First of all the nurse practitioner my son saw was absolutely amazing. She actually cared. She was patient. Gave wonderful advice. Best experience I have ever had with bringing my kid to the doctor. She is wonderful with children. Second the price is better than urgent care and it was more convenient with no wait. What a win.

DO NOT COME HERE THIS IS THE WORST CARE I Have ever received . I came here for a visit for my throat being really sore for a week , they saw it was red and inflamed , yet they didn’t do anything to help with pain or reduce swelling. All they care about is the money here and not for you. PLS do not go here

I really cannot even give this place 1 star. False advertising. Made an appointment for college physical and he was turned away. The NP told him they don’t do them. When it clearly states on the website that they do. She still took his insurance card info like she seen him. I called to make a complaint and a nurse manager called me back. She wouldn’t take my complaint, bc it was not him she was talking to even tho we were not talking anything HIPPA. She clearly shouldn’t be a nurse manager. She has no idea what she is doing. My guess is she was never a nurse and has no experience. Probably got the job with luck. I work in the medical field and have for some 30 years, I clearly know what can and cannot be discussed. I was making a complaint about the facility itself. She was very rude and talked over me. I’m guessing these people can’t get real nursing jobs and should not be doing what they are doing.

I should've read the reviews before seeking care at this clinic. NP was not anywhere near as knowledgeable as others in the profession. All she could do was text someone to ask them what to do. They did nothing to help me.

THIS LOCATION IS INCORRECT ON GOOGLE AND STAFF IS AWARE. I submitted a change request from the original address URL as up are unable to simply relocate the pin. This is not an error on Google’s part, but on store pharmacy/MinuteClinic/CVS solely. Store manager is apparently aware as staff at another location on Moody Blvd informed me it locates “just fine on Apple”, however, a corp like CVS should know that Google is used more widely than Apple and if you update any, update all. It’s cost me an hour of time and frustration simply to get a covid test to travel!!! ABSOLUTELY INCONVENIENT - additionally, unable to CHANGE my appointment with Minute Clinic customer service and my payment has already been taken. It’s 2023, post-Covid (supposedly), and there is NO EXCUSE (nor attention given in 4 months as to another local guide’s review) for something as important as a Covid test to be lost in this URL mess.As of today, I have informed Google (through map edits) that the actual URL (WHICH POWERS THE LOCATION OF THE PIN ON A GOOGLE MAP) is STILL wrong.Apparently, this place doesn’t exist!

Most pleasant experience. My wife was bit by a dog and needed a tetanus shot. We had an appointment with no wait and the nurse practitioner was extremely friendly, experienced and professional.

After confirming the CVS Minute Clinic in St. Augustine (2703 Ponce de Leon Ave) was open, I drove to the CVS and went to the Minute Clinic area. There were "0" customers/patient in the area and 2 staff members in the office cubicle chatting. When finally one approached me and asked "got a question?" I replied I would like to see someone about a medical issue. I was told to "check in" at the kiosk. I did. The final question was Would you like an appointment? Yes I answered. Today. Sorry no appointments are available today, they are all filled appeared. I asked one of the attendants and was told, "yep, no appointments today". Still not a single customer/patient in the waiting area except me. And to think The Veterans Administration (VA clinic) uses this as a "walk in" clinic for veterans outside of VA clinic hours. DISGRACE for CVS and VA.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go to them. They do not care and it's obvious.

The nurse practitioner was amazing, the wait time was very short, everything was very clean, I will definitely be back! This has by far been the best QuickCARE experience I’ve ever had.
