“Such a great experience!! Amber was EXTREMELY friendly and personal with me and my partner. I was scared to go into the store because I didn't want to get haggled and kept there for hours on end trying to be sold something I was not interested in. But amber was considerate of our time and got us through the entire process in maybe 30 minutes! She brought out and showed me all of my different options with their pros and cons. I ended up getting the iPhone 14 pro max and I couldn't be happier. To top it off she even offered to put the screen protector on for me. Obviously I don't need another phone now but the service was so great I would go there just for fun. 10/10 experience thank you again amber :)”
“I recently had a horrible experience at Metro by T Mobile after 12 years with them, when they were very unwilling to resolve the situation to keep a long time customer, I went across the street to Cricket wireless. I am so glad I did. Kenzie was very helpfull and knowledgeable, very willing to to work with me to get a new phone for my wife and I. Her customer service skills and knowledge of their products and services were amazing. I had her undivided attention and she answered all my questions. “I recently needed to upgrade my phone as I was having issues with my old one. The sales representative, Evan, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and extremely helpful. With current promotions that I wasn't even aware of, I was able to get a new phone and he transferred everything to the new phone without a hitch. He also helped with an upgrade charge that wasn't supposed to be on my bill. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend the store and in particular Evan. This is the first time my visit to any Verizon didn't end with a headache.”
