“I recently had a horrible experience at Metro by T Mobile after 12 years with them, when they were very unwilling to resolve the situation to keep a long time customer, I went across the street to Cricket wireless. I am so glad I did. Kenzie was very helpfull and knowledgeable, very willing to to work with me to get a new phone for my wife and I. Her customer service skills and knowledge of their products and services were amazing. I had her undivided attention and she answered all my questions. “Such a great experience!! Amber was EXTREMELY friendly and personal with me and my partner. I was scared to go into the store because I didn't want to get haggled and kept there for hours on end trying to be sold something I was not interested in. But amber was considerate of our time and got us through the entire process in maybe 30 minutes! She brought out and showed me all of my different options with their pros and cons. I ended up getting the iPhone 14 pro max and I couldn't be happier. To top it off she even offered to put the screen protector on for me. Obviously I don't need another phone now but the service was so great I would go there just for fun. 10/10 experience thank you again amber :)”
