“Super long lines I was there for 1.5 hours. All three bays were going. Guys were nice, always upselling as I’m sure you ask them to do as part of their jobs. the guy in front of me got his radiator flushed and took way longer then the staff member told me that then a few minutes later wanted to flush mine.
I actually would’ve come back at a later time but I was getting ready for a long trip and wanted it done ASAP. 10 minute oil change is not a true and false advertising. I’ve been going there sine 1988 when I was 16 and new car. This is the first time I was number 5 with 3 in process. It’s kinda like once you pull in, you’re committed and can’t get out of the line because there is no way out.”
