Will not return for service repairs ever again. Labor costs are astronomical and accounted for in excess of half of the bill. Upon researching the cost of the repair and associated labor for the axel job, it appears that I was charged more than $600 over the average cost for this job. My fault for not inquiring about the labor costs ($198 /hour). Highway robbery!

The mechanic they sent to do a computer upgrade for a ford recall was on time and very knowledgeable. He checked the whole car including filters and brakes. He was done and gone in less than 1 hour. Nice guy too. Thanks

Everything went very well. They took me home and delivered my car. Very timely in all they did. All discounts were applied which was great. They kept in touch every step of the way and informed me of future repairs to be done which they would monitor.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service and sales department!
This dealerships is honest, friendly and cares about the customer. I recieved my free lifetime oil change on this visit.
I arrived at 3:00 PM as scheduled, and left by 3:40 PM including a tire rotation. I can easily see them work on the car. Employees were very polite and kind. Next time I need a car I will look here at Palm Coast Ford. Very pleased.

In the 12 years I have been going to Palm Coast Ford, I have never had an unpleasant experience. The staff always explain what's needed and why, the cost, and time to complete before I make my decision, never making me feel pressured. And they are professional and friendly. I would recommend Palm Coast Ford anytime.

I always have a good experience with this dealership. From the time I purchased a pre owned truck for my business, everyone at this dealership has treated me like family. They give free oil changes when you purchase a vehicle from them for as long as you own the vehicle. Personally, I use this visit to have other things checked out also. If I should need something, they're right on it. If I don't, they'll let me know. Either way, I trust them to do right by me because they ALWAYS do. I recommend Palm Coast Ford wholeheartedly.
