I went to this dealership because the service department is excellent. I had X plan pricing that they said they followed proper protocol but I was never shown the dealer invoice. The information I received regarding the X plan explains the process. They all insisted they followed the proper protocol however, that was not the case. The salesperson selected my policy on my phone’s insurance app. He asked if I had the app on my phone and I handed it to him thinking he wanted the policy number. He selected my premiums added my new car heading to my phone and told me that he saved me seven dollars. When I spoke with the sales manager he stated they do that sometimes to help people out who are proficient on their phones. I don’t know if he was rushing since it was the end of the day or he didn’t want me to get GAP through insurance. I was offered full buy back from the sales manager for my KIA purchased at the sister dealer, that was not honored. it was a little over 2 months ago he said this. Finance rushed me through paperwork. His wife called twice and he answered on the second call and said he would be leaving shortly. He made a comment like “let’s pretend I went over this with you”. The next day, I did not feel good about my experience, noticed gap was on my contract, payment was off and the trade-in amount was different than number agreed on. I called and spoke with Larry, two days later, Chris S. called and told me he was going to pull the cameras and review. The next day, I called back and he said the video was pulled but there was no sound. He said they were working on that. A couple days later I called the GM and that conversation was a waste of my time. I was made to feel like I was being a pain and none of my concerns are justified. The worst part is the three of them never offered to walk me through the finance part and explain things to me after I told them the whole process was rushed and there were discrepancies in the contract. I do not feel they were forthcoming and honest. Shawn was helpful with keeping in contact with me regarding the check from my trade-in the dealer owes me. He told me he would check the status everyday and let me know when I can pick it up.Response to your reply.Dear Palm Coast Ford owner,Thank you for your response. Yes, I would love the opportunity to meet with you. I am not sure who you are since you signed the review as” Palm Coast Ford owner”. Please reach out and let me know when you are available. PROTECT YOUR ELDERS FROM THIS COMPANY! On Monday, October 23, 2023, my aunt purchased a used vehicle from Palm Coast Ford. She is suffering from cognitive decline and typically does not know the current year. I called immediately after she told me about the purchase as she could not tell me how much the vehicle cost, the APR, or who even financed her. (With her credit locked down with Lifelock, I was quite alarmed she was even able to be financed.) She could not find a copy of the contract. I requested a copy of the contract over the phone after telling them I am her durable power of attorney. They declined and said she would need to come to the dealership to get a copy of the contract. I stated I would come to the dealership with the DPoA. I went to the dealership on Saturday, October 28, 2023 with a copy of the DPoA and waited for the finance manager. He was busy. I asked for the sales manager and explained the situation and asked for a copy of the contract. He took the DPoA with him and came back and stated I would need to bring her in. I declined as the DPoA gives me all rights to handle ANY and ALL financial affairs for my aunt. He went and got the General Manager Don York, who aggressively came at me with my DPoA papers and stated that he would not read it as he didn't have time and I would have to bring her in or come back on Monday so somebody else could read them. I declined again and said you just have to read this section and he started began to berate me in front of his sales staff. My husband, who is mild mannered and everybody's buddy became upset with how he was speaking to me. At that point, I decided it was time to leave as I won't be disrespected by some man who obviously has something to hide. I certainly would not bring my Aunt back there where they will speak to her like that and embarrass her. Moral of the story: protect your family, especially your female family members, from these two men!

Purchasing my new vehicle from Palm Coast Ford was the best experience I have had. After researching, I came across the Expedition that had all the amenities that I was looking for online. The vehicle was in transit and not even in stock at the time. I notified the dealership that I was interested and wanted to purchase that model. They notified as soon as it arrived on the truck. Less than 24 hours later, my new 2024 Expedition was delivered to me. It was better than I ever imagined. Quick and painless! Thank you Palm Coast Ford!

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. My mother purchased a truck from here about 4 years ago. has been spot on with bringing it in for service on the date or before and had never once been informed of anything that needed to be fixed at any point of these 4 years of her bringing it to them. recently she was driving the truck to Ormond beach and randomly the vehicle started shaking and bucking. she had it taken to Jon Hall chevrolet and the service there was so nice and they informed her that her transmission fluid had never been changed and it ended up totaling the transmission. 6800$ to replace the transmission. I talked to palm coast fords service advisor and went through any service recommendations and they had never once informed her of needing any sort of transmission services. they always told her that her truck was in perfect condition and did not need anything. they have been extremely unhelpful and. Rude. they basically told me that it took too long for them to inspect the transmission and so they never did it. they said it was my responsibility to request the service to be performed even though she asked for a full inspection every time. save your time and money. stay away from here

Basically we took your Lincoln navigator to the Ford dealership to have the windows, air conditioning fixed and new tires rotate and balance placed on the vehicle. We spent thousands of dollars to have the AC fixed and new tires put on the truck. They never diagnose the windows or gave a reason why. When mounting new tires on the navigator they broke one of the four tire pressure monitor gauges. They would not take ownership for it and tried to charge us an extra $250 to replace the sensor they bro and refused to take credit for breaking it. Worst experience at any dealership ever.

Needed service they offered to pick up and deliver my vehicle or come to me and service it. I had them come to me using their new mobile service. I was busy that day but they called to remind me I left my key inside the truck they did the needed work and sent the bill right to me on my phone where I paid. Never had service like that before, felt like a true VIP. Special thank you to Collin my mobile service guy.

Chris Smith is fantastic! Great personality ! Exceeded my expectations on the entire experience! Not only did I get a vehicle that I love, but I met some wonderful people and was welcomed into the Ford family!

⭐ (1 star)I am writing this review to raise awareness about a concerning experience I recently had with Palm Coast Ford. I received a promotional flyer in the mail claiming a chance to win $25,000 cash if I matched six cash bag symbols. Miraculously, I matched them! Excited, I called the number provided, and a lady confirmed my win and instructed me to visit the dealership to collect my check.Eager and hopeful, I drove to the dealership where I met a gentleman sells rep. My excitement, however, soon turned into profound disappointment. Rather than the promised $25,000, I was guided to participate in another game where I ‘won’ $500. Then, I was asked to draw a dollar bill from a box, which read $88. Here’s the catch – it was only valid if it was written in blue marker, which mine was not.So, my grand prize of $25,000 had dwindled down to just a single dollar.Seeking clarification, I called back the lady who originally informed me I had won. Her response was less than helpful. She said she would contact the manager and owner about the issue, and then, without another word, she promptly hung up on me.This review serves as a strong warning to anyone who receives these flyers – please don’t fall for this deceptive promotion. It’s not as advertised, and it’s left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I strongly discourage anyone from engaging with such misleading tactics from Palm Coast Ford.If you have had a similar experience, I urge you to share your story and report such deceptive marketing tactics to the proper authorities.With this review, you’re not only expressing your personal experience, but also helping to inform and protect others from similar instances.Adding insult, not only was my time wasted on a fruitless endeavor, but the dealership didn’t even take the opportunity to engage with me about purchasing a new car or trading in my existing one. This is the WORST Ford dealership I’ve ever come across! If I could give it no stars - I would! The following is NOT the only terrible experience I’ve encountered with them, but it is the most recent.I came in for an oil change because through my warranty it is of no charge, so I take it here each time. They kept my car on the lot all day and kept telling me that they are very busy so it’s not ready. At the end of the day I called once again to check if it was done and finally they said I could come get the car. When I picked it up my oil light wasn’t reset, fluids - not replenished. When I asked about this I was told that they just forgot to reset the oil indicator. I had a gut feeling it just wasn’t done so I asked the tech to open the hood and show me that the oil was actually changed. Surprise - it wasn’t! The oil stick was like tar and there was barely anything on it! They kept my car on the lot and never even bothered to change the oil, but told me they did! Thank God I actually had the sense to check it thoroughly before taking off. Another half an hour of wait and they changed it. No apologies, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. When I went to talk to the manager about it I was dismissed due to “we are very busy” and that was it. The girl who works at the counter, Christina, I think, very rude, rolls her eyes at everything and acts like she is doing a customer a favor by being there. Their customer service is terrible and no real solutions are provided. Being the only Ford dealership at Palm Coast; I guess they can get away with it. I will never step foot into this dealership again, even if I have to drive hours on end to find a different place. Terrible experience every time! The only time they were actually nice and professional is when I was buying my car. This will be the last Ford I own through them. Do better!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I have worked with Sean Jeffries with two separate deals in the last two months. On both occasions Sean was able to work out great deals for me with great financing rates. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best rates and vehicles for my needs. I highly recommend working with Sean J. I went to other dealerships and no one could pull off what he did on not 1 but 2 occasions. Great service and communication. I look forward to working with Sean again in the future. 5 stars!
