Just got a car with Neil at tom Gibbs Chevrolet and it wa the best experience I have had. He worked really hard to help me get the car and all of the difficulties that we had to go though. I would recommend Neil to anyone who wanted a car and someone they trust.

Everyone was amazing from the minute we walked in the building . I work with Robert and he was so wonderful, personable and friendly. I told him what I had and what I wanted to spend and they got it done. I will use them again for every vehicle I buy.... tx so much tom Gibbs employees and Robert. I love my rouge.

Neil made my car-buying experience exceptional. He was incredibly relaxed and never pressured me throughout the process. I purchased a 2018 RAV4, and Neil's knowledge and easygoing nature made everything smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. They laughed at me when I told him I had a 2000 Silverado and I was looking for a part. Then they didn't believe me when I said it was a five-speed. Like I was lying. Until they went out and saw for themselves. And they didn't even look to see if they could get the part I needed. Never like it's 24 years old. So that means I can't get a part for it. They don't expect their vehicles to last that long. Is that what it is?

Neil and the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Fair trade in for previous car. They were honest and did their best to find a price suitable for me. Couldn’t believe how fast everything got finalized. Actually looking to upgrade again. Will definitely be going back!

My wife and I stopped in about 2 months ago and they just did not have what we were looking for. During the Thanksgiving break, we decided to stop back by because they were such awesome folks (we had been searching for a car for our daughter for several months and had been to MANY dealerships) by far the best group in all of the dealerships we stopped in. During our most recent visit we were looking at a vehicle that was not exactly what we wanted but we felt it would do the trick. The finance manager happened to over hear our conversation and helped us procure a vehicle that would exactly match our need and budget. I could not praise this group more, amazing to work with, compassionate, not pushy in any way and I felt like they genuinely cared about us as a customer. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Neil was awesome. Never felt pressured or anything like that. Felt like he and the finance guy were straight forward right the get go. What made it better is they valued my time. They didn't feel the need to keep me there all day long. I was in and out. Next time I need a used car Neil will be my first call.
