Just the worst experience for me. It may not have been so bad had she'd understood a little English.
First, a pedi: Cuticle cutting, she cuts you and giggles. She was using old polish, had to thin it out which makes it go on streaky and takes forever to dry. No straight edges at the cuticle, paint on my skin, just messy.
Second, mani: She filed the top of my nail with a drill, I first thought lightly to smooth them a little... no, roughed them up as though she's applying a primer and we're using regular polish, now one hand's nails are damaged (I stopped her from doing the other hand)! The cuticle cutting was horrible, not close to the nail, cutting too far away making a mess. I then asked her if she had a new bottle the same color, I got just a blank stare (again). She proceeds to put on the bad streaky polish (over some old polish she didn't fully remove from my last mani). It was applied so lumpy she on her own started to remove it and reapply. I stopped her and requested NO polish. All the while she was totally unaware of her nails digging into my every finger and toe.
Third, was supposed to be an eyebrow wax. I said no thank you, I'm too afraid.
In the end the wanted to charge me for both the mani AND pedi... I said no way, I didn't get the mani.

So, the nails were good but 1 hour later the front desk girl thought it would be a good idea to STEAL my elderly mothers card information for Uber eats. DO NOT go here and use a card..... THEIR FRONT DESK PEOPLE WILL STEAL FROM YOU..............!

Connie did my pedicure and did a good job. The place is clean and neat but the only thing I didn’t see is a price list on the wall or by the register. Hopefully next time I go they’ll be a price list viewable on the wall or by the register. People need to be aware of the cost prior to being serviced.

Got a gel pedicure one time and the man doing it was so fast and applied the polish perfectly. The pedicure lasted for over a month I was so impressed. Went yesterday and got just gel polish. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. It was applied so thick and not cured between each coat so then it just peeled off today at the beach. Didn’t even last 24 hours. I went back inside after the manicure and the lady running the place said she didn’t have time to fix my nails because it was too late and they were already dried.

Not one to write reviews but after 2 bad experiences I’m leaving one. Went years ago and the girl left multiple burn marks on my nails from the drill (literally almost every nail had painful burn marks.) Decided to give them another chance years later just to get my nails removed (not even done just REMOVED) and was told they were too busy and refused to tell me how long the wait would be (I asked twice even) never in the years of getting my nails done has a salon that accepts walk ins blatantly refuse to do a quick service… literally go anywhere else.

So sad to see this place go down hill! My tech was so rough and cut me multiple times , she decided to use the buzzer to remove my regular nail polish and tried to charge me for it? The products are old and applied choppy. Save your $80!
