They cancelled and rescheduled my dog for a quieter timecuz I said he was a little leash reactive. While waiting online my dog was quiet. Another little dog approached and growled at him so he growled back. The girls proceeded to say they dont take those type dogs and they even mentioned a muzzle which they don’t do and my dog never has had that happen to him. They advised me to get a mobile groomer and they will not take him at their location. My dog is 9 and has been groomed since he was a puppy. We’ve never had a problem. The girls seemed like they were in a bad mood, were very unfriendly. What really made me upset is that they rescheduled the aggressive dog (something about meds) and cancelled my 2nd appt. It took me an hour there and back and almost 20 minutes to check in and they cancelled. I’m turning I drive over to PetSmart, told them my dilemma. They walked my dog thru the grooming stations and not a peep from him. He also went straight into the cage and laid down. It seems your employees were not skilled enough and handled it inappropriately. Especially recommending a muzzle and Mobil grooming! Will not be recommending this establishment to anyone nor will I ever shop there again!

No inventory of Soulistic cat food that is mostly in Petco stores. Need larger variety of flavors and a greater quantity of each.
