Great experience with this FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED business! In the store, on the service call, and after the work was done, everyone we encountered was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. Highest level of prompt service, parts, and solutions! These guys are pros!

These folks are great. I used to think that Pinch A Penny was only good for checking your water but I was wrong. My wife and I were recently ripped off by another pool repair guy. We went to Pinch A Penny to see if they could recommend someone more trustworthy. They took us to Kyle at their service desk. Kyle was amazing. He listened to our problems, sympathize with us, and came out first thing the next morning he fixed and replaced the necessary parts for our pool, explained everything to us, and is followed up with us afterwards, to make sure we were happy with his work. They are fast, dependable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Kyle and the rest of his team at this Pinch A Penny.

I'll be honest, I was a little hesitant to go with a chain for a new pool heater, but the team at this location really works like a local business! Josh was amazing explaining to me everything that was needed and even followed up with me when the heat pump I needed went on sale! Kyle did an amazing job with the install and I really felt like he wanted to make sure I was taken care of and things were done right. I would not hesitate to use this Pinch-a-Penny location again!

Hire someone else to maintain your pool. It seems they do not train their people very well. Last week the tech cleaned my filters and then cross threaded them and left. The pool lost 3 feet of water before my neighbor noticed few days later and called me while I was out of town. The service manager did not seem to believe me and they did not make it a priority to get back me when I called about this problem. I called an hour before they closed on Wed and by 11:30 the following day I had to call them them (after I had a leak detection person check the pool which was determined not to be a leak but incompetence on the part of the tech) When I returned home I checked my system and now the Salt is so high we have to drain water out of the pool. It should be a max 3400 but instead it is at 4900. The owner agreed to credit me one months service which is 30.00 less than what it cost me to hire someone else to come out and determine the issue AND I am out the cost of the water to fill the pool. When this happened I also expressed my frustration that the tech does not lock my gate and I sent pictures. The tech once again did not lock my gate when he left this week. They service another pool of mine at a rental and it is currently vacant. They are not responsible for filling pools when they go low and that is ok but doesn't seem like common sense that if the pool is low on water to the point the filter is sucking air, they would bring it to my attention? No, not these guys. Throw the dice and take a chance hiring them if you are home full time and can watch them, otherwise steer clear.

We been using this service for years and I wouldn’t go elsewhere! Josh the supervisor took very good care of us when we inquired an issue with algea. He was kind, understanding, courteous and he even took the extra measures to get everything back in order. Highly recommend. Thank you! :)

I contracted pinch penny to resurface my pool and the project manager (Pails, Paul) and his crew did a terrible job.I gave two stars I instead of one because he did one thing right and that is the opportunity to meet the leaks repair company he sent to try and fix the leaks mess paul and his crew created.Prior to my pool resurfacing my pool was not uneven other than the broken fiberglass.Since the resurfacing the pool and spa are uneven, veining and bubbles on the bottom of the pool missing tiles in the spa, leaks, calcium buildup etc.The imperfections is alarming and the entire pool need to be done over.

Nice people in store, but management does not communicate well when there is a problem needing resolution.

I found the owner "Josh" disrespectful to veterans and seniors. Will never shop there again nor should any veterans.

It' a very small store with limited supplies. I just went on 7/3 and they were out of shock and 3" tabs in a bag. Plenty of tabs in buckets which cost over $100.00. Very disappointing.
