Kinda small, cleanliness is OK, staff can be somewhat dismissive, shower area is wonky af compared to other locations, people using cell phones in locker room, no lay down hydro massage bed, hot water is hit or miss and seems to be better when it's busy which is odd

It was clean and busy so good job team. Wasn't greeted at walk in. Wasn't gestured to scan my app. Wasn't told good bye, which is whatever but it's nice to greet people as they come in to your establishment.Billie jean told me I couldn't jump rope bc I wasn't allowed to bring my own equipment in....while the woman across from me did yoga with some pink yoga equipment she had and some guy did situps while holding a weigh over his head. ....so I guess Ill go jump rope at the beach or something.....this is my fifth PF in the three years and no one else ever had an issue....

TLDR: Planet Fitness assured me on three separate occasions that our membership was canceled and yet I discovered they’ve charged us annual fees and monthly dues totaling almost $1,500 since that time. Their employees never documented anything in their system about the cancellation and never gave us any paperwork to sign and they’re not going to do anything to fix it. I can’t even get a manager on the phone.Full Story: I cancelled our Planet fitness membership about two years ago. I called to cancel and was asked to come in person, which I did and was told in person that it had been canceled. They charged us again and told that my membership was definitely canceled but that my husbands was not able to be cancelled until he came in person. My husband went in person and was told (for the third time now!) that everything was cancelled. Fast forward, I notice an annual membership fee charged to our account. I start digging back and find that they have STILL been charging monthly membership fees this whole time. The club is now saying there’s nothing they can do about the fact that THEIR employees didn’t do what they were supposed to - they didn’t document anything about the multiple times I came in to cancel and they never asked me to sign anything. I stopped payments through our bank now, but between membership dues and annual fees they owe us about $1,500 and they have zero desire to fix the issue.

Overrun with old people that hog the machines. Crammed equipment, not enough fans, crowded, no space at all

The manager in this facility is horrible and doesn't like to help with issues she will hang up in your face when she doesn't get her way and allows the crew to do the same and then won't even answer the phone when you call back...horrible customer service and won't give you corporate number.

Very clean, open 24 hours, tanning beds, massaging chairs all for a great price

Unfortunately Planet fitness in Palm Coast doesn’t have any group fitness classes. They don’t have personal trainers either.

Open 24hr a day, plenty of equipment, generally clean... bathrooms could be a bit cleaner but I'm sure it's difficult to keep up with the amount of patrons Newer tanning and massage equipment, so that's pretty nice. Overall, a good health and wellness facility.

I received an email from this planet fitness saying it had been renovated with many new features. I had been thinking about joining since this gym is the closest to me. I walked in and asked for a quick tour of what’s new. I was in a dress and work shoes, I didn’t ask to use any equipment or tour alone. I filled out the guest paperwork and wastold I had to take a photo. I asked, just to tour the facility and they confirmed yes, so I said, I don’t want a photo taken before committing to join so if it’s required i can just leave. This wasn’t an issue, just a personal choice but the manager who I later found out was Judy was just really rude and tried to be intimidating and look down on me like I was a problem, as if she couldn’t fathom why I wouldn’t want my name date of birth and photo to taken from me just for the honor of touring their 10 dollar a month gym. She demanded my drivers license again and I said, you want my drivers license before giving me a tour and she repeated yes, it’s required. I said, it’s okay, I can just leave instead. I just left. It really felt like a scam. Plus there is no reason to not be nice to people unless they aren’t being nice to you. I drove 15mins to the other Planet Fitness and got a tour without providing confidential information and they were very nice instead of attempting to be extra tough and harsh. Why they want to run a gym like that I can’t understand but I definitely will not go back.

Like most PF, disproportionately equipped. 80/20 cardio/weights, but most people are waiting for cable machines or dumbbells. Most clients over 60, which makes the wait longer due to older clients treating it as a social club. The full hour I was there, same people on same machines making it difficult and/or impossible to use. As with most PF, no point in speaking to employees, the elderly are paying the bills at this location.

This place is not only filthy but the employees are very rude and obviously hate everyone and their jobs almost as much as they hate cleaning. You can tell from the smell when you walk in. It’s a 10 dollar a month for a reason. Disgusting
