I love Publix, but lately, some employees have been nasty in their attitude, especially at the bakery. I made a complaint about the regular price french bread (not the baguette) looked like a stretched out skinny baguette. One of the employees said to me, and I quote, "We cannot control that no more than we can control the weather...😵💫, wth?? Then the other woman that was present, when I returned to the area, was gossiping about "the incident" to another employee and when I passed, and I know because I heard it and they stared at me and also started to laugh. This is not the quality customer service that they advertise. If I want bad service I will go to Walmart and not pay Publix prices.

Went to the deli for a Pub Sub. Boar’s Head Italian was the sub of the week. I normally get it on the 5-grain but Ann in the deli recommended the new soft sub roll instead. I’m glad I took the recommendation because the sub was amazing!! Thank you Ann

Was here a week ago bought 14 chicken tenders and 5 of my chicken tenders was pieces not the whole tender. Was not nice being this was dinner i bought for me my husband and kids. Very dissappointed
