Horrible parking lot. Not enough handicapped spots to accommodate the population. Prices are on the high side but it's a clean store.

I shopped here for over 5 years or so and one day I ended up coming in and shopping got about 220$ worth of items and went to pay with ebt, and my card was sent digitally while my card was in progress of being shipped out and mind you I have already used this card twice last month and has no problems whatsoever however suddenly on this day when she gose to put it in someone else helps her do it however then a manager comes over saying they can’t do that, and I explained I did it before and this is the way I’m doing it while waiting for the card, she just said simply there’s nothing they can do and so I had to leave 220$ or so worth of groceries just right there in the store.

My family, and I just moved to the area and Publix has always been our favorite grocery store, but today that changed. A lady named Sandra. I guess she’s a manager a joke made my wife cry. I bought something and I didn’t save my receipt. I never do. Which my wife had already scolded me for it. But I bought it at Publix and so I figured this wouldn’t be a problem at all after all it’s Publix. But instead, my wife came back not having exchanged it but tears she’s been insulted and disrespected and talk down to by this Sandra and my wife even asked if she looked terrible or something because why would that lady you’ve been so mean and disrespectful to her? I’m sorry all but any employee much less management makes a person cry to a very loyal customer cry then I don’t think they should be part of the Publix team. They surely don’t seem to represent anything I’ve ever experienced at my good old Publix you know the one that used to be my favorite store so hopefully they rectify the situation or they’re gonna lose lots and lots of business starting with me. Actually, I take that back. I’m sure they’ve already lost tons of business due to this lady

Publix has drastically increased the price of Cuban bread, which is surprising for a product made with basic ingredients. Believe me, I'm Cuban! On top of that, the quality has never been truly “Cuban Cuban.” While it was once a convenient option, the exaggerated price hike makes it hard to justify buying it now.

Pricing is MUCH HIGHER than Aldi, for the items that are truly comparable.
The store is always clean and tidy.
Staff are very polite and can tell you where most things are

It's a Publix. Same as the hundreds of others.
Prices are way too high. If I go, it's usually for BOGO's and prescriptions.

The prices are way cheaper than back home in Canada and there's a very big selection.
The check out counters were well staffed (it was in Christmas week so...)

Nice and clean store. EXPENSIVE and pricey. You get what you pay for.

I always loved shopping at Publix despite the higher prices as the food and customer service was worth it. On Sunday I had my first bad experience at Town Center. Bagger placed my ice cream with cookies. Forgot to pack my bananas. Customer Service clerk very sour, no personality but knew her job. Vincent who answered the phone when I called about mistake was helpful and a delight to talk to.

I was shocked and upset by the lady working self-checkout Monday November 18th at 10: 45am. She took bags out of my cart and started rebagging them and organizing them the way she wanted them to be. I am a mid-30s completely physically capable person who certainly did not ask or need any assistance. I had my groceries bagged the way they made sense for my needs and I chose self-checkout so I could do it myself quickly. She doubled the number of plastic bags used, putting a single light item or two in some bags. I was so stunned that she started digging around in my cart without asking and thought she was somehow helping (SELF-CHECKOUT).
I have previously worked for Publix at a different location and was trained that a customer bagging their own groceries can do it any way they want and should not be told otherwise, and to always to pack the maximum number of items per bag. Please consider retraining your staff.
