The location I went to (Palm Coast) did not have wraps. I am allergic to adhesive (I am quite sure that there are plenty of others with the same) and the tape that they used caused a reaction.

My husband had an appointment at Pinnancles Dr on Saturday morning. The phelabotimist could not find his order and turned him away after waiting 45 minutes. My husband went back and told the phlebotimist he probably spelled his last name wrong. The tech said it was too late now and told him he had to sign in as a walk in. They were 2 hours out. No regard for anyone as well as no human decency. My husband is a diabetic recovering from open heart surgery. He had an appointment. I also found his order on the My Quest site. He tried to tell the staff that. No one wanted to hear it. Nobody cares how many bad reviews are been sent in. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Quest gas no business in healthcare if that is how they treat people.

Was in earlier to get my blood drawn. A poor older gentleman was there for 4.5 hrs waiting for a blood test he was fasting for and he was a diabetic. His caregiver inquired and was told that since he didn't have an appt he could sit there all day waiting. The test that was ordered was a last minute test so the appt couldn't be made. The caregiver mentioned she was there for the 10 min break in appt at 7:50 and the worker said she can't say why he wasn't seen then " 3 hours ago". I understand appts, but certainly not all elderly people have the ability or capabilities to make an appt and diabetics who are fasting should be handled differently. I got up and left. I don't want to be in any business that treats elderly patients that way. They need to do better.

They were running AN HOUR LATE for appointments when we arrived at 11:30. The tech didn't even want to attempt to draw my daughter, claiming she couldn't find a vein (never even looked at her hands). So that led to yet more waiting to see the only other tech that was on duty. While we sat waiting forever elbow to elbow in a standing room only waiting room, the TV's videos insultingly promised "no wait" for people who made appointments, and boasted about the waiting rooms being set up for social distancing. What should have been a maximum 15 minute visit was nearly 1.5 hours. Inexcusable.

These people at Quest are very nasty and not helpful. Waited 45 mins Will never go back again. Went to LabCorp. They were very friendly and welcoming It was nice to be treated as a human and not like an animal. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. 5 plus stars for LabCorp thank you.

I asked it I could use the restroom I don't know if I need to give a CCUA she said if you donot have an appointment. You will have to wait.nWent to the waiting patient and told the patients they will be waiting over 40 minutes. She would not let me use the restroom. I left and drove home to use the restroom. The quest diagnostics on old King Rd palm coast Fl 32137 has the worse service around for what's suppose a friendly and professional office. I walked in the office and waited 3+ hours to be seen at this office. When i asked if they could give me an excuse for work, they replied they can't do anything for me knowing I've been waiting here for 3 hours. I understand others have appointments but why offer a walk in if you're not going to facilitate. I promise you i am going to blast this info on the internet and hope this company have a facelift. Just horrible people in that office with no people skills. When i called on the phone to report the complaint they also hung the phone up on my face. If that's the kind of game your business adheres to we shall see who has the last laugh. I know plenty of prominent social media personalities.

Had everything ready then we waited, and waited then our name wasn't on the screen. Even though I had my code and my confirmation. Was told I would have to reschedule again. Plus two others were just like me . The staff didn't care and closed the door. Hate the service at quest on old kings old.

I have never been an establishment that has such a blatant disregard for client. That walk-in button is the devil. First instance, my Dr. sending the orders.. can't find. Calls office and send via Fax... turns out fax machine could take HOURS TO receive. Second instance, I had appointment @6:40, i stepped out of the building to decline a call. Forced to sign as a walkin same day 11:32am call my name and i was outside for a min. ask to check in.... I walked out because where is the civilization.

Wow! I can’t even hardly comprehend my experience at this place, I’m still in tears. The lack of compassion and professionalism… to the employee with the thick accent, shame on you! You should never be working with the public, especially in healthcare! What a circus…

The office though not busy is very disorganized. I am sitting in the lobby while I am watching people trying to figure out the kiosk. There is no front office help. There are only four people booked on the board yet. My dad husband has been sitting here for almost 35 minutes I will not recommend this office.
