Front counter girl with glasses absolutely a sweetheart. Older lady short white hair with glasses absolutely rude yelling at people in line while she’s blocking it. And then the company that they have come in to clean bathrooms and such, one lady was extremely rude. Tried to use the restroom and I’m pregnant, no closed sign just a wet caution sign up and she belittled me for not being able to use the restroom. Merry Christmas yall. Everyone is rude

I just stopped in to pick up a few items needed for vacay. IDK what happened to the men's section but it's not there any longer. Weird. They used to have a nice men's section. I wasn't impressed. I used to love this store but it's been a long hiatus & seems like it isn't as nice as it used to be. Everything looks disorganized. Sizes are in the wrong slots or area. You gotta have time to spend here to look. I bought nothing.

We were visiting FL and dropped into one of these Ross stores. We do not have these stores in MA. It was fun browsing through all their departments. Great, low prices. Not the best quality, but you cannot complain for the prices.
