The black woman who works there with the short hair has the worst attitude. I walked in there, approached the counter and was next to be waited on. She said " yes, "without even looking up at me, offering to help. Not the first time this happened. What a nasty person - she shouldn't be working in customer service.

Every time I go there, everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY. But today, when I picked up my online order, there was a handwritten note. That just lets me know that there are people there who care about the people they’re serving.I read some reviews saying that they gave less than 5 stars because people steered them in the wrong direction or didn’t know what they were talking about. While that’s a good thing to speak on, I feel like at a RETAIL STORE, the focus should be on customer service.Sorry to see this store is averaging 3.9 stars at the time of my review.

If you want products don't call go in. If you call they will tell you they have the products, but they just lie to you on the phone. Then ad your mad because they don't have it they say "have a nice day" in condensing voice and fake smile that they just pissed you off

Love Gina! Not only is she beautiful, she’s so attentive the moment you walk in. She’s SO helpful, and very honest. She has given me so much advice on my hair color choices, what works and what doesn’t work. And there’s no pressure for add ons, when she advises either colour booster, grey hair reducer (she’s so genuine there’s no way you are walking out that store without her suggestions) . She’s just amazing. And I hope she is recognized by her employer, because good employees are hard to find today.Thank you for being awesome Gina.

Update: 3rd trip to store for the same hair job. SMH Some employees know what they are talking about, others don't really know the product much, especially the new products or additives and try to upsell you new products from the counter. I've never used the additive they recommended to use (Ion absolute perfection Booster Step 1)<== This product will not let the hair dye stick if you use too much. Instructions say use 1/8 which is half of bottle for 4oz of color. They are talking about the hair dye itself not counting the developer. The lady said to use half the bottle. I think that was too much. The hair dye is the popular 810 Red by Color Charm. It didn't take the red dye because of the additive. I went back the next day to tell them what happened with the additive they recommended to a different set of employees. They said I used too much of the booster and recommended a different additive for pre-color that says even color from root to ends. That didn't work either. I used it exactly as the product says and dyed her hair again and it didn't take. The picture is after the second hair dye. Now my mom doesn't like her hair and I've always dyed it and she has loved it until now. That was $40 plus down the drain on the first trip. 3rd visit today 5/19 my mom went by herself while I was at work to get hair dye light golden blonde by Ion. The same first lady that recommended the first additive that didn't work sold her the same additive that didn't work but since my mom doesn't know much she bought it. I just don't understand why they are trying to push product they don't understand and she told her to use half the bottle on one box and the other half on the other box when the very first time I used half and it didn't take the hair dye because that additive is like an oil. SMH. Moral of the story. Read the product well before buying and don't rely on everything they say. A lot of times it is better to just go with what you know and not every product they say is going to work is actually going to work especially if it's a new product they are trying to sell. Update: I bleached my mom's hair and used special coconut oil to protect it. Now her hair is ready for a new hair dye job. This time I will not use the product they upsold my mom.

I went in there to find a specific hair brush and one of the associates was amazing but the other one was not. I asked her a simple question of whether she knew how good some fake nails were and she made some catty remarks about how she doesn't use fake nails and she wouldn't know because her nails are natural and she does them herself while giving me nasty faces. I had to explain to her I was buying them for an event because I rock climb so I'm not spending 50 dollars getting them done just to rip them off. She said then they definitely wouldn't last. I replied "of course they wouldn't rock climbing" because it was an event not to rock climb. I just wanted to know if she thought they would last through the event. Then she unnecessarily harassed me by following me the entire time I was in the store thinking that I was going to steal something. She told me to close my purse even though my purse is completely zipped up. I decided not to buy anything and just leave that store because that was such an annoying experience.

Store was tidy and well stocked. I needed assistance finding the products I wanted, before I could ask, an associate offered her assistance and within minutes I was out the door with everything I went for... this is my kind of shopping.

Went in for a bleach kit, got totally steered of track thinking the workers knew what they were talking about, got sold color remover which did nothing but damage my ends. They didn’t even know how the products were used just read me the directions. Now, I have fried ends and a root color that is 5x darker than my natural color. Smh.

I went in here to purchase moisturizer and conditioner with the TWO year old girl I nanny. She is potty training and told me she had to use the bathroom. The cashier bluntly said there was no bathroom and the closest one was in target. She ended up peeing her pants and crying from embarrassment. I know restrooms have to be legally accessible to employees and not necessarily the public, but this woman let a two-year-old pee her pants instead. I will not be returning to this location.

The cashier (with the shoulder length brown hair) was VERY rude!!Her comments were uncalled for. I was just standing in line (minding my own business) & she went into attack mode FOR NO REASON.!! Shame on you! If you don't like your job, please go find something else & don't take it out on customers. I will NEVER go back.

I purchase some trimmers that don’t work and i was told they don’t refunds. I saw no sign and was not told this at checkout. Only find out when i returned them 2days later. So don’t buy clippers or trimmers from them better off buying on Amazon so you can return them if they don’t work without going through all changes. With people purchasing things online you would think stores would be glad people are coming back and not make it difficult in cases like this. If i had the trimmers for months i could understand the no. So Sally’s make that sign bigger and tell people before you take they credit that you don’t do returns on clipper or trimmers. It’s really not fair at all. I’ve complained to Corporate already as well.

I have been to Sally's a few times since moving to Palm Coast. Yesterday I had to buy products for my hair and was lucky to find a wonderful employee there. I will call her Ms. C, only because I forget her name, lol. She is awesome and knows products and is super helpful! I hope she reads this! Thanks for your efforts and being honest and professional.
