Been coming here for close to a year and have no complaints. Jake is constantly improving the gym and making it an awesome place to work out. Bunnell is truly lucky to have this.. and palm coast I guess.

Great gym for experienced lifters and beginners. The owner, Jake, is easy to talk to and pretty open if you have any questions or concerns. Good price for membership as well. Highly reccomend.

I was visiting family in the area and Jake was kind enough to fit me in. He was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. The service was top notch and on par with any high end NYC gym. Jake has inspired me to keep weight training.

I commute for work and needed a gym in the area for the days I am in town. This gym is a hidden gem. Raw but everything you need, no one bothers you and a great vibe. Owner Jake is very responsive and friendly. Best gym I’ve been to hands down.

Jake is a stand up guy! Came in knowing next to nothing and within one month, he’s given me a thorough education on working out. Left with an outline and a plan. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey that was started with the folks at Southside. Definitely check it out!

Jake at Southside Gym is amazing! My younger boys started doing the kid classes and then we advanced to personal training lessons twice a week. Jake has really helped my son enjoy working out and putting in the effort to advance in his sport. I'd highly recommend checking out the gym!

Absolutely awesome gym! I live up North and came down to visit my grandparents. Day passes were affordable and enabled me to continue my powerlifting even on vacation. The facility is clean and has most all equipment you need for any sport journey you may be on (oly lifting, PL, and general fitness and conditioning). The owner is super responsive to email and made for a welcoming few days of lifts! Will be visiting again the next time I'm around town :)

Best gym ever! Best way to describe it is family ‼️‼️People here are so nice and it is not crowded.You can play your own music ? and gym is 24/7.

South side is a great experience for athletes and all ages Jake is a great guy and he has all the tools to make you better i also experienced good gym work ethics to improve me in my daily.

Best gym in Flagler County. No gym selfie kings and queens just weight being moved. Owner is great coach to both adults and kids. I train early in the morning and it's great. Members all look out for each other and if you leave anything behind rest assured it's still there safe and sound. Jake is the man ??

Southside Strength is a great small town gym. There’s classes for those just beginning, as well as all the equipment you could need to get strong. Owner, Jake, is kind and courteous and makes everyone feel welcome and respected. I’d recommend this gym above all others in Flagler County.
