This was the easiest wireless Internet, and cell service set up I’ve ever experienced! BIbi, Had me in and out in 25 minutes and covered everything that I needed to know! Five stars for customer service, professionalism, store, appearance, etc.

I was treated rudely by a female employee, when I asked her about my phone. She said take the phone to a repair shop and refused to look at it. When I walked outside another employee came up to me looked at my phone and said the update changed the way to download pictures and I would have to pay a repair shop to download pictures from my phone. I have since changed phone carriers because of the way I was treated.

I had my boyfriend go into their store on the 27th of October recently to turn in our WiFi router, he took my ID inside and signed all the paperwork and we left the router there in store. Come to find out two months later the person who was supposed to shut off the internet never did, so they have been billing me for two months of WiFi I don’t even have a router for. And when I tried to call spectrum I was hung up by the AI when trying to speak to an actual person about the billing issue while other attempts turned into the AI beating around the bush and not getting me any actual help.
Edit: As I am reading most of the reviews I see that this store has a pattern of pretty pore service, maybe the store owner should do an investigation on their workers performance.

This store is in a plaza with many other stores. It makes parking a little bit of a challenge. The store is really busy. They prefer you make an appointment. I was there almost an hour but they solved the issue I had so In happy with the service.

Terrible customer service. I had to wait for 15 minutes to speak to an associate, and the associate took me another 20 minute before she finally close my account. Also there are no such help on their website. I fell so frustrated

The only reason why I gave it a three is because I went to Ocala and their website did not say they were shutting down, walked in, asked for a new phone was told that they just took out all their products because they were closing in less than a week or something. Was not happy, I had drove over an hour away to get there. No other closer place.

My dad has 1gig spectrum internet and it drops almost 3-4 times a day at least 3 days a week if not every day. The downtime ranges from 30 seconds to several hours. Definitely need to fix their infrastructure or something internal cause deer lord thy denizen of venison its bad
Edit: it's the next day and it went down at least once already(just went down)

After more than five years as a customer and I lost my job and had to lose my internet service to pay other bills. I turned in my equipment just 3 days into my billing cycle only to find out later they are going to charge me for the whole month! Really? I called and emailed (phone) several contacts begging they prorate for just the 3 days. They have no grace and mercy for royal customers. I won’t be returning once I get back on my feet. There are enough affordable choices now!

What a nightmare this day has been. I went into the palm coast store to activate a mobile line, returned home to learn that my internet was off. Called Spectrum and imagine my surprise when they told me their notes say that I went into the store earlier and voluntarily disconnected my internet account. This turned into a 7 hour ordeal because the calls kept dropping. I explained to 7 agents that I never had a conversation with anyone about canceling my internet. Jason in sales from the SC call center was helpful with getting me back online, no real promotion but whatever, I just need internet I don't care about incentives or any of that. My kids have homework, I have work, my service should've never been canceled and LIED ABOUT! The store agent was OBVIOUSLY under the influence of drugs. He smelled like weed, he had 420 stickers on his phone, eyes were crimson red, hands were dirty, and he was laying down on the desk while he was helping us!!! I couldn't believe my eyes, and I'm 420 friendly so I wasn't going to mention it but you don't let it affect your work. He kept yawning every 3 minutes like we were interrupting his sleep. I transferred a phone line and wanted to upgrade my phone while at the store but his demeanor made me feel like I was a burden to him so I opted to do my upgrade over the phone just to keep things to a minimum, so I smiled and thanked him and left. Never knowing that my internet would be disconnected and now here it is at the end of the day, I still cant connect to internet because after restarting my service, the spectrum equipment I have can't be reactivated and they shipped new equipment, I have to wait for an appointment tomorrow morning with a technician!!!!!

Never heard that Internet was going to be down earlier today, when woke up , took 3 hours to come on & woke up at 10:30 am, so I didn’t really know how long was off !!!

I transferred my phone service from T-Mobile to spectrum. I needed a new SIM card
which I received via FedEx but it did not work when I went into the store for help.The customer service representative, BiBi
did many software updates because I had not updated my Galaxy S21 for months. Her patience and attitude were superb. She discovered I needed a new SIM card. I would highly recommend this representative.
