Overall, Starbucks gets a consistent 4 rating for food quality, atmosphere, and customer service. The only negative is that the food (and coffee) is not worth the price they charge. It is extremely overpriced (especially the food). Therefore, what you are paying for is the atmosphere. And this applies to all the Starbucks (and I've been to many of them).

Why is the lobby closed yet again? Why does this Starbucks periodically not open their lobby? Drive thru a hot mess. Poor management. Will be contacting CEO office and let them know or lobby issues here.

I enjoy Starbucks quite a lot actually, of course I do not get it daily but I do like their coffee! I recommend White Chocolate Mocha, hot or iced either one! It tastes pretty good! There's other varieties as well and you might as well give it a try which is what I do when I want to try something new!

We don't mind paying the premium for Starbucks because of the service, as much as the consistency of the products . We were not impressed at this one. Maybe lack of training from the store manager? The "barista" semed to be annoyed by a simple request for extra cream and sugar. Not acceptable to maintain the expectation of service one has from the franchise.The other issue we noticed is that the tables were not being wiped/cleaned. We found one out of 5 available ones that was "clean enough" to sit at. As far as the facility it could also use more access to outlets for those who come with their devices - an old staple of the Starbucks atmosphere. Would I bring a client to meet me at this Starbucks as I have so many times in the past at other locations? Probably not.The good news is that the bacon egg bites and our favorite blonde coffee were excellent.Parking: At peak times it's hard to find parking

I placed my order and was mapped to a completely different store. This location was so friendly and took care of my order without question.

Edit there should be a negative star. Love the old crew this new crew from the other store is horrible slow. How does a mobile order take 30 mins to make. Hurry up and fix the thier store so they can go back and be slow over there.Love the whole staff there. I wrote this six months ago because it was true. I had stop going because the company felt like it was the customer responsible to pay for the faulty work done which cause a leak And they had to close down, after leak was fix price went up more than 20 cents, but price just across the street stay the same. Dont take out on the consumer.

this place is ALWAYS out of oat milk and soy milk. also when you order o. the app dfor something extra, you get charged for it and don't get it.

The service is great but whoever is in charge of ordering for this store needs to realize they are ALWAYS out of stock in many of the drink categories.

Ordered a tall Pike Coffee. It was so weak, we promptly discarded it after leaving...not bothering to go back. I thought the coffee strength was computerized or pre measured to get the same results????However, the barista was very nice and gave good service. My bad for not returning and asking for a pour over replacement.
