I had a very pleasant experience. While I was waiting they offered me a bottle of water and I didn’t wait more then 5-10 minutes. Once I was inside, they did everything quickly and checked all my tires for me. They even fixed something on my car that I didn’t even know was broken, free of charge.

We were new customers of Take 5. We have a VW Passat TDI SE which is a diesel car that requires DEF when doing the oil change. The staff were so friendly, funny and highly professional! All staff members were extremely educated about our type of vehicle which truly surprised us. Take 5 knew what they were doing! They filled our wiper fluid and topped off our other fluids such as the water reservoir etc.... They put new wipers on and discounted the price for us and didn't try to sell us an air filter that wasn't dirty. We will be repeat customers. Thank you Take 5 staff for showing you truly care about your customers!

from the time I pull up and am greeted and given a bottle of water I feel comfortable. the people who work there knows their business and always have a smile. it's such a good experience that I've been going there since I first saw it. at first I was concerned the people were so young but they sure are smart about all carsI got more sure when my granddaughter graduates high school this May and started a diesel mechanic internship. she had already gotten cars under her belt working on her car and truck and in a race car shop for her driver who saw her potential and took her under his wing until she turned 18 and could be in shop crew. kids are born smarter these days and will work happily at whatever they like.

These guys are great! I can go in for just a fluid topping before a trip in between oil changes, and they never blink an eye, and they’re always professional and pleasant! Will continue to use their services as long as I drive!

Excellent service. But was shocked at the price... everyone are getting hit by this economy. It's understandable, But, I can see the team works great together... and they'd a great job, too!!

Take 5 is awesome!! The parking lot is a bit small but that’s a problem at many businesses around here.They are efficient, nice and good at what they do. I have had multiple oil changes and my radiator flushed.My issue has nothing to do with Take 5. I use Car Advise as it’s offered through my job. So I use the Car Advise app to pay and I get discounts. You select your service and you’re not charged till service is done. Take 5 does something on their end and Car Advise sends me a text, with a link, to to approve services. The total I got from Car Advise was about $25 less than my receipt from Take 5. My bank account shows I was charged the car advise price. So it’s a bit confusing.But again, this is not Take 5’s issue at all. They are awesome. Too many 3rd party apps these businesses have to deal with but when i earn it through my work, I will use it to save. I 100% recommendTake 5 for vehicle services.Service: Oil change

For someone who never did this process of getting an oil change it could not have gone any easier. Their team was great! Everything was explained to me and they didn’t try to up sale me!! And I was in and out! Will go back when scheduled!!

The guys and girls at the Take 5 in Palm Coast Florida are the best. They do a great job and don't try to pressure people into buying something they don't need. It's the only place I take my Truck, Suv and two cars.

These guys are friendly, efficient, informative and fast. They took the time to explain a few thing to me about my car. Showed me how dirty my air filter was. They changed it and it was a minimal expense. They reset my service prompts and gave me a sticker for my window. They are a 10/10 in my opinionServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

The young girl cleaning was non stop. She checked tires, gave water, threw trash out and all with a smile. Loved her! The mechanics were so polite, it's just a pleasure to go here.

They didn't check my tire pressure. Did not offer to install a cabin air filter. I needed one. Service this time seemed slow. Honestly for almost $100 for an oil change, this experience was basic at best. I can go to a Walmart and get the same level of care but I could save $30 or more. I don't think I'll go back. Sad as I've been going there for about 3 years.Service: Oil change

This Take Five Oil Change now uses a vacuum extractor to pull oil out of your engine through the dip stick instead of draining it from the bottom though the oil pan drain plug - bad idea. About a week after my oil change, I noticed oil on my driveway - never before. I checked the oil level and see its at least one, maybe 1.5 quarts overfilled. The technician told me during the oil change they only fill the exact same amount as they take out. Apparently he got it wrong. I fixed it myself. I'd never go back.

I thought take 5’s whole marketing ploy is that they’re fast? Well, a few family members and myself have used Take 5 on multiple occasions and we have never been there when it hasn’t taken at least 30 minutes. Which considering some other places 30 minutes isn’t bad. However, that is if you get to pull right in. If there is a line of 3 or more cars you can end up waiting hours. The people are nice, they are considerate. We just went today and waited 3 hours to get our changed. When they first opened, they were fully staffed in each lane and were quick. But now they are always short staffed. So I think the problem isn’t the employees but the management not hiring enough workers, or maybe they just can’t get enough workers. Either way, save yourself the headache and only go on a weekday mid day. My only problem is don’t advertise that you’re faster than everyone else if that’s not true.Service: Oil change
