The store is ok. A lot of broken items that you can’t see until you unpack it. The store hours are weird as well, 9:30-9:30. The store hours sign is bleached from the sun so unless you look it up you have no idea.

Horrible place and Horrible Manager!!!!Paid $35 for a frying pan and used it 1 time and it changed a dirty color. Went to return it and manager Scott said that’s terrible and could care less. Told me they didn’t accept returns on home goods and walked away. Never will I shop there again and lost a customer over $35. Be careful what you buy from there because they will treat you the same way. Best $35 loss to never go back

Makeup returns/exchanges are basically not allowed. I took 3 items back that were not the right color within 1 week from the purchase date WITH the receipt and was told they can’t take it back because it’s used! Excuse me! This is for products that aren’t even sold sealed! Any place that sells makeup accepts the makeup back for return/exchange especially when there’s no counter to try on or swatch. I asked to speak to a manager he told me that it has always been that way and to “Have a nice day, Call the 800 # if you a problem!” Then he walked away. (It was a Sunday-no one available at the 800 #). Management/customer service definitely sucks. I will never shop at another TJ Maxx even online because of this as well as the deceptive return/exchange policy.

The beauty section is terrific. I found Dr. Perricone, Obagi, Ahava, Living Proof, some even on clearance.
They could do much better with larger size shoes. Basically nothing at 11 or in larger sizes. The usual moo moos just don’t cut it.
